Cancelling a Bitdefender auto-renewal

I am having great difficulty trying to cancel auto-renewal of a Premium VPN subscription with Bitdefender. Bitdefender want to renew at 100% rate when online they are advertising a 50% discount!!! Their "Contact Us" link constantly times out. What to do?

Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USAA blocked them for suspicious activity I wont be using them anymore since they are now $80 a year and the staff are thieves and NORTON 360 has a promotion for 15usd a year... yeah no brainer

Short trial.. They have no support.

Short trial... thought the securepay feature would be neat. But then found it insists on running only in fullscreen, so unusable for me. (I need to see other windows/apps when running financial software). So I wanted to provide feedback. Not possible to contact a human at bitdefender. Did find an email link of old versions in German only. Stumbled on a phone number from a forum which was a support line, but they hung up on me. Obviously not renewing.

I've never had a problem with…

I've never had a problem with Bitdefender. Tina Turner said it perfectly. "simply the best" in every aspect of protection for safe computing while on-line.

TRUFFA !

UNA TRUFFA ! Ho acquistato l'abbonamento a Total Security ma per i seri inconvenienti causati SUBITO dalla prova della VPN (connessione saltata, dissesto del pc....che ho dovuto ripristinare ai livelli di fabbrica) ho chiesto l'annullamento. Mi è stato risposto via mail che il rimborso e anche l'annullamento del rinnovo automatico erano programmati in accoglimento della mia richiesta. Ho infatti ricevuto due fatture, la prima di addebito del prezzo, la seconda di rimborso. Dopo due giorni (oggi, 26 settembre) mi sono visto ADDEBITARE DI NUOVO IL PREZZO senza che sia operativo il servizio ! Seguendo l'invito dell'operatore telefonico ho mandato lo screenshot dell'estratto conto della banca in cui appare oggi IL NUOVO ADDEBITO e ogni altro dato richiestomi (numero dell'ordine; indirizzo mail, ultime 4 cifre della mia carta di credito), ma mi è stato risposto che per il momento NON SANNO COME FARE A RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA. Intanto Bitdefender si è presa i miei soldi e io sono senza il loro tanto decantato servizio. Mi rivolgerò a un legale: mi sento TRUFFATO !!!!!!!!!!!!!Ho messo una stella perchè non sono previste stelle di indignazione e di disprezzo ! Aggiungo che, ricontattato nuovamente l'operatore telefonico mi è stato ancora risposto che NON POSSONO FARCI NULLA ! Eppure ho la prova dell'addebito su un servizio di cui non usufruisco più perchè da loro stessi ANNULLATO. L'operatore alla mia richiesta di avere l'indirizzo del loro Ufficio legale per sporgere denuncia (art 640 codice penale italiano) mi ha risposto con un"Buona sera" e ha chiuso la comunicazione ! State attenti ! SONO STATO VITTIMA DI UNA FRODE ! AGGIORNAMENTO: Dopo molti tentativi di contatto via mail con cui mi sono stati richiesti , dal supporto bitdefender , ancora una volta, i dati che avevo già mandato correttamente ( quattro volte consecutive - compresa la telefonata all'operatore telefonico che mi aveva chiuso maleducatamente la comunicazione -..una vera tortura ! ) HO OTTENUTO FINALMENTE IL RIMBORSO DELL'ADDEBITO INGIUSTAMENTO MESSO A MIO CARICO SUL MIO CONTO CORRENTE

Bitdefender trækker penge, selvom automatisk fornyelse var slået fra!

Jeg har tidligere haft Bitdefender, og efter en kamp med dem for at få mine penge tilbage, sørgede jeg for at slå den automatiske fornyelse fra. Til min store skuffelse har de nu alligevel trukket penge fra mit kort igen uden min tilladelse! Jeg skrev min e-mail på deres erhvervshjemmeside og blev uventet tilmeldt en fornyelse af et program, jeg aldrig havde købt før. Denne gang blev jeg nødt til at lave en indsigelse i banken og spærre mit firmakort for at stoppe dem. Dette er fuldstændig uacceptabelt! Jeg kan ikke stole på Bitdefender længere og advarer andre mod deres uigennemsigtige fornyelsesmetoder. Jeg forventer en fuld tilbagebetaling og vil aldrig bruge deres tjenester igen. Je n'arrive pas à accéder à mon compte Bitdefender…

Je n'arrive pas à accéder à Bitdefender Central (je suis dirigé vers une page blanche!) et donc, impossible de parvenir à mon compte. On me répond que "les développeurs corrigeront ce dysfonctionnement dès que possible". Cela fait 27 jours : heureusement que ce dysfonctionnement ne concerne pas un virus...

La galère!!

J'ai acheté Bitdefender security pour internet plus le VPN premium. Depuis je n'ai que des bugs!!! J'ai été obligé de formater mon Ordi et je pense devoir le refaire apres la réinstallation de Bitdefender. Bitdefender Centrale m'indique que le VPN est actif hors une fois dowloader sur mon PC il refuse de s'installer..Bref je vous passe les autres problemes que j'ai avec Bitdefender, d'ou mon avis!!!!
