I was able to get service right after I called for help. The person who came out to take care of my issue was excellent. He took care of the problem. Talk to me the whole time about it, and also took in my trashcan. I’m so glad that I subscribed to this company

My sewer line was completly clogged with roots and debris. American Water Resources dispatched Trophy Plumbing, which unclogged the line and then replaced the damaged line. I am grateful to have had coverage from American Water Resources. I highly recommend their service.

If I could give them a zero or negative rating, I would! They pre-charge you for service. I called and cancelled in March and they continued to bill me through my gas company. They told me that I didn't cancel. They only agreed that I had cancelled after I gave them the date I called and the name of their rep. They still said I would have to pay from May not March. Finally agreed to credit one of the charges but not both. I have a credit and showed them the payment made through gas company. They would not refund me and sent documentation to for the charges. They said that I paid a lower amount. They wouldn't even add up the charges. Gas company pulled up my payments to Oncourse and showed I had paid more than and it wasn't the total charges because they can only pull up a year. So all of my payments weren't on gas companies files. TERRIBLE COMPANY!

I just joined the AWR because of our local water district recommendation. I do not need to file any claims yet, and hope I do not need to forever, but one thing I already feel the frustration is the online registration process. It is the WORST registration experience I had. I tried calling, online chat, and still cannot register successfully. I had to call again and still not succeed. Oh, they want to confuse you by giving you customer ID, Account #, and something #, I believe it is the contract number...

Here are some questions for AWS to answer is a public setting, not a call me and I will answer those questions quietly so no one knows. We have multiple rental properties, and own our new home. Q1. AWRUSA is not responsible for pre-existing conditions. Who from AWRUSA is going to come out to our houses to determine pre-existing conditions BEFORE I purchase your plan? Q2. AWRUSA only covers up to $5,000 per occurrence for water line repairs, plus $5,000 per occurrance for street and sidewalk. Does this cover cost for finding leak, escavation, neighbor's sidewalk and my driveway and neighbor's driveway replacement, sheetrock repairs, wall covering repairs, structural repairs, any errors and omission damages by contractors, etc. pertaining to the way the water line crosses the path of my yard and a neighbor's yard? Q3. AWRUSA (a trademark of American Water) program is not provided or guaranteed by American Water, and is NOT owned by American Water. Why? Q4. AWRUSA protection becomes effective 30 calendar days after AWR processes my enrollment. So I enroll today (05/24/2025) online. AWRUSA does NOT get to my application for 30 calendar days to process it (06/23/2025). Now i have to wait an additional 30 calendar days AFTER AWRUS processing. WOW! Prey I don't have a leak within that time. So for 60 days, AWRUS has charged me $3.99 x 2 = $7.98 total. How about AWRUS NOT charge me for 90 calendar days to ensure proper coverage, plus pay for any repairs from my application date, through the AWRUS processing period, up to the AWRUS effective date, (because it is NOT my fault AWRUS can't immediately process my application)?

My problem was solved fairly quickly

The techs did a good Jon at changing the plumbing but a terrible job cleaning up. They had to dig a trench and when they recovered the pipes after it rained they remained a big trench left. They didn't pound in the loose dirt! When I called they said to call you because theclaim was closed or to called a lawn service

I signed up a year ago, now on renewal I'm told the price is doubled. When I contacted them about this, I was told it would only go up 50% but now it's gone up 100%. Seems like a bate and switch.

Serviceman Andrew was on time, friendly, efficient and successful.

Review I called because of water draining from my wash coster was backing up in the tub. your plumber was able clear the drain with a snake. Job well done and at a reasonable cost.

Working with American Water Resources was easy and efficient. A contractor contacted me 5 minutes after making a claim. Someone was at my house within the hour of my initial call.

We recently had a water leak detected in our front yard from the outside of the house to the curb. Fortunately, I had purchased insurance from American Water Resources and was able to file a claim and get it repaired. The work was done quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend this company as their work is great! We had no problems and a major problem was resolved quickly for us!

Awrusa was always nice and helped with any questions the plumbing co. Was slow about repairs fixed one leak but had another didn't sem to want to get involved in second leak made up an estimate but didn't hear from them for over a month I ended up fixing the leak myself they finally came back out and checked meter said I didn't have a leak anymore not sure what the delay was all about March 4th ended April 23
