American Water Resources sent help quickly from a reputable company. Tree roots caused a sewer backup the Saturday before Memorial Day. Even though it was a holiday weekend, the service company arrived the same day and resolved the problem within an hour. The technician was polite and competent. Very happy with this service. I gave you the last star, but I do not like your pricing. Your pricing really is bad for senior citizens. You’re too expensive you need to give senior citizen a break. i’m 81 years old and it’s tough making payments out of your Social Security.

Quick appointment and the technician was very professional and knew his stuff

I was able to make the appointment quickly and had a plumber assessing my downstairs bathroom ceiling water leak in short order. My only mini criticism is that he should have checked the grout around the upstairs bathtubs first before making a larger hole in the bathroom ceiling below the tub. The problem was identified and I was able to re-grout the problem area and restore both bathrooms.

Water heater was leaking. A technician from American Waters checked it quickly and determined I needed a new one. The next work day, they replaced it. Very good company with very polite and professional technicians, including the office staff handling calls.
