After calling, & waiting on the phone I gave all the information needed. I received a claim number. In withi minutes I received a text & email from the Plumbing company who would answer the call. The Technician arrived as scheduled was Friendly & helpful diagnosed the problem and did a great job of repairing the problem

The individuals with Bailey sewer knew exactly how to get to the line. they were very courteous.

My recent water mainline leak hasen't been completed yet. FYI cancelled the the call to complete the remaining work.

The guy put new batteries in l told him l just changed those, air conditioner come on then goes off, l wait days before coming on again he said let me go and get my tools l told him to come to back door l got a work call,then l went to the back he was just standing there all that time l ask what happened l just adjusted the wire's. Ok he said that's it I'm Not Sure If It Was FIX ?

The company was prompt in sending a tech to my property. They jetted and ran a camera in the sewer line. The company covers many sewer line issues but I had a sag in the line and that was not covered. Tech said not a problem requesting camera footage. After multiple attempts they said footage is not available. A third party is not able to verify what I was told about the line. I have to question the honesty of tech and unable to verify there assessment. Roto Rooter cameraed the line and there assessment was not the same as American rooter. I would not waste money on there insurance.

I was quickly put in contact with the company that can address my problem. Then, American Water Resources was diligently informing and updating me on the progress of events. More than anything, I was very positively surprised and impressed with the company that AWR put me in touch with, Drain Bears, because the workers were well informed, professional and answered any and all questions I had. The work also was performed very professionally. A very positive and pleasant situation all around.
