Warning stay away from this company they will take advantage of you they will take your money. they made repairs on my home without permission and gave me an outrageous bill. They were supposed to come out and evaluate the situation and tell me whether it was covered or not instead while making the evaluations they did the repair then they gave me a bill I never had a choice to say no. So I'm warning you stay away from this company they will take advantage of you.

I already left a very positive review of the service AWR gave me on their first request for a review, which was texted to me. I've received at least four more requests for reviews since then. Please try to control the technological duplication.

First and foremost the service representative was excellent. However, the company and this program FAILED. The company chosen by the provider came to our house and informed us they did not carry the products required to service our air conditioning unit. So we wasted money and we wasted time. If we are not refunded our money we will simply file a lawsuit. Totally hoodwinked

operator answered the phone around 2:30 in the morning and gave clear and precise directions that were very helpful. I was very impressed with that.

This is taken to long It’s been since the 20th of last month for something that should’ve only taken three days to complete, I don’t get the answers that I’m looking for

Hartmann & Sons who are hired by AWR came to my home in July to first unclog the bathroom sink (which was done). Five minutes after they left I went to my kitchen to cook & water was backing up in the kitchen sink & also when you flush the toilet the water was coming up in the kitchen sink. The 3rd person they sent to unclog the main pipe in my garage had to remove the cap off the pipe by sawing it off? their plumber cracked the pipe. The pipe was not leaking before they came it was only clogged. It is September 3 & the pipe is leaking because Hartmann & Sins said I did it. I never touched the pipe. They have been out 5 times altogether. They look at the pipe for 2 seconds. Say they have to call their Manager & then they leave because cracks are not covered. I just need them to own their mistake, but they refuse. They came out July 19, 22, 25 & 2 times in August.

I made a claim and never got service I went without hot water for almost 2 weeks. I FINALLY had to call my own plumbing company and it still not fixed they said it would be sometime this week.Yall have the exact date on file when I made a claim

The cost of the service has increased significantly since it started more than doubled.

Great enjoy! The workers turned into very informed and defined the entirety virtually earlier than starting the task. The work turned into finished efficiently and the price was affordable. I will truly use their service once more!

I couldn't be happier with the plumbing service I received! The workers became on time, professional and stuck my trouble quickly. My water heater is now working flawlessly again. Highly suggest American Water Resources!

I honestly did NOT want to give this company any stars....HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO QUALITY PLUMBERS IN THE DFW AREA. NO EMERGENCY SERVICES...I was rescheduled 4 times with NO RESOLVE! I eventually had to find a plumber on my own to fix my issue. Extra money spent out of my pocket before this warranty company did NOTHING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...AND THEIR CS SUCKS!

complete Charlattans! wasted my money paying the monthly fee for sewer and water pipe repair. Absolutely zero customer service. when the time came to get work done they were not accessible. Please do not waste your money. They should be shut down! discraceful!!!

Absolutely nothing went wrong. You know why. Because i was smart enough to check out Trustpilot first. And afterwards i found out that these lowlife ragheads that can barely speak English from foreign countries are nothing but a bunch of thieving scammers. The way to fix these problems caused by these scumbags is by filing a Class Action Lawsuit. Just saying. Have a nice day.

AWR has served my problems totally unsatisfactory,this last time took over 2 months to finally get contractor to my home to repair water leak & im not even sure it’s fixed!I did have a contact person contact me & say she would be working the claim for me her name she said is Jade her phone number is 331 290 6025 but she no longer contacts me & I have called many times leaving message for help with no results! This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with & should you choose the. I’m sure you will be very unhappy

Called on a Saturday morning to get help due to a leaky pipe that necessitated shutting off water. Got a call back from their contract plumber, Hartman and Sons that the earliest they could come out was Tuesday. I called AWR back to tell them this was unacceptable, and they told me on three separate occasions over the weekend that they would call me back after they spoke with Hartman. Never heard back forcing me to have to call back on multiple times over the weekend - was met with being lied to and nobody really caring I had no water during a weekend with temperatures 90+. Suggested I call a plumber and then submit invoice to them. Had a plumber (Horizon - great!) who diagnosed issue and was charged $258. I submitted clam to AMR and was denied by email by a company I have not heard of (Your Source Homes). I called several times to try to dispute and was met with EXTERME Rudeness and indifference (I can't believe woman Joy is actually a manager). No one would let me speak to a someone in management or provide a name and address to send my complaint to. No last names either. When I tried to cancel my subscription, they kept me for 30 minutes before they finally cancelled. These clowns are nothing but a bunch of frauds and scan artists. I can't believe they are still in business with the Customer Service staff they have. Whole place should be shutdown. KEEP AWAY FRON THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I called them up to purchase a warranty for the water/sewer line and they were "off". My scam radar went off and started looking around. They're completely scammy.

American Water Resources assigned the Hartman and Sons HARTMAN & Sons Water & Sewer of 1188 Dekalb Pike Blue Bell, PA, United States, plumber to check on a ceiling leak as he doesn’t open up ceilings that are plastered. The fee to do that type of ceiling was advised. He left without checking the ceiling as he only opens up a drywall. The service visit plumbing fee was charged for not doing the job. I see why they didn’t give their address or phone number!
