I was not informed of the $10 increase for the waterline and sewage pipe insurance. I had literally just started with the insurance and within a year the monthly price increased 10 dollars.
We have in home plumbing plus coverage. It was water leak under the kitchen sink. Technician changed the valve, but the water leak did not stop. Technician suggested that the problem is a leaking hose from dishwasher. He said that this issue is not covered by our plan and promised to get back with estimate. He never got back with estimate. This technician did not leave the house until I gave him a tip. I was not good service provided. Technician name was Dwight. We hired private plumber to complete the job and fix the water leak.
I was given a price and charged more than agreed on. I was told only one payment would be made with my debit card and then amount would be added to my water bill and when I spoke with rep, I was told it could not be done. I was suppose to receive email with account info and nothing was sent. Never received policy of what is covered. Customer service oblivious on how to assist.
THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE THEY EXPLAINED THE PROCESS AND WERE NOT IN A RUSH TO GO TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER.

Horrible . You sent us a survey that didn’t work .. i could not leave a message . I think your in house plumbing service is a scam .. 2 people came and they pointed at each other saying they couldn’t fix the clogged drain because they did t cover it .. the other one said they would move the sink .. the other one left it worse than how i left it initially … in the end i called a plumber and with diligence and dedication they unclogged the sink and tub without having to move the sink!! Also you stopped listing the services provided separately on the bill and just lumped it all together so we didn’t notice the what originally cost $12-20 dollars is moving close to $50 . For that amount i would much rather call a plumber . Never again! Never again!!!!
We cancelled our coverage due to a very negative experience. We had a water leak ( water was flowing into our sump pump causing it to kick on every 2 minutes). After the plumber submitted their proposal We then had to wait 5-7 days for approval. the proposal indicated the repair to the line would be $5100. You approved $1900 (listed as line repair on the proposal). You would not cover supplies or cost to dig the hole. I called to speak to a supervisor to ask why the entire bill was not approved. She needed to check into it and would call me back later that afternoon (Friday). Never heard back. So we had to go another weekend with water coming into our sump pump. Monday I called and completely received the run around and was unable to speak to a supervisor. The plumber said we would owe the remaining $3300. I ended up calling a local plumber that performed a total replacement of the water line for $5000. I am very disappointed that your "coverage" has so many restrictions. It's a shame.
You charged my account 3 times! It was 30,43 I never had to pay this much. There is also a $5.99 charge. Most of these charges on the 16th. Please take these charges off!!!!
Called to find out about an additional water civerage. Was able increase my coverages and get the additional coverage for the same amount as adding the coverage I called about

You take no responsibility after repairs
I called 3 times after my husband passed away to transfer the accounts to my name and give a new payment card. In August the payment was taken out of my husband's account even though I had called twice prior to this occurring. I had to transfer funds to his account to cover these charges. I closed the account out. I called again to Water Resources to report this happening and asked again to transfer the accounts to my name. I get email messages that the payments were declined, even though I gave a new card number, routing, and account number. I called a 4th time and the representative told me that the payment still hadn't gone through and my husband's name is still on the account. She told me that she would call me back later in the day but I never received a phone call. Then 2 days later the accounts cleared but my husband's name is still on the account.
for 3 months in a row I've gotten emails that my payment for 2 of my protections didn't process & I call each time to fix it, they say it's fixed then I get an email the next month with the same message. I have also filed a claim on my dryer and they can't get a technician out to me until OCTOBER 10TH
This was customer service issue - needed to change that credit card being currently used. The this was done was without any issues.
I called on Monday for appointment with my hot water heater Tuesday morning. They were out to replace it. I had no problems and it was done with care and quickly. I really like the service thank you.
They got my home water leak issues fixed the very next day after I got into contact with them. The fix was quick and the employees were kind and courteous.
