I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

The best in travel

A shoutout to Jason Toms, Audley Travel. Many travel companies offer decent canned itineraries, but few, if any, offer the expertise and personalized service of Audley. We were fortunate to have Jason Toms plan our 3 week trip to India that was perfect in every way. Jason is Audley’s India expert who has traveled extensively in the country. He customized the itinerary based on our preferences and provided valuable suggestions for the best hotels and activities. His experience, attention to detail, responsiveness, and care gave us confidence from the start and provided an exciting, seamless planning process. Last year he planned another trip for us to Israel-Jordan-Egypt that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the war in the middle east. Jason then helped us create another exciting trip to Kathmandu and Bhutan that we are eagerly looking forward to. For anyone planning a trip to India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Egypt, or the Maldives, be sure to contact Jason Toms for the best possible trip. You will be forever grateful.

A fantastic 3 weeks in Australia

A fantastic experience with Audley and an unforgettable holiday. From the start Chloe listened and gave great advice to tailor our trip to meet the challenges of satisfying two teens and their parents. She made a number of suggestions for places we had never heard of (eg Heron Island) which turned out to be absolute highlights. There was a very smooth transition to Jindy who took over from Chloe. We were given really clear documents setting out our whole trip and anll the bookings plus further recommendations. There was also an app with every minute detail of our trip including interactive maps, flight notifications etc. It was super easy. We had to change our plans once we had arrived due to a cyclone preventing travel to the north - Jindy and the team could not have been more helpful working seamlessly with us across the time difference and booking us new flights and hotels in a different city, all of which were excellent. This was despite this being the height of the Australian summer and over Christmas. All in all, highly recommend Audley. Nothing was too small and we felt very relaxed knowing we had their support.

Wonderful Private Tour in Mexico

Our country specialist was really helpful pre-trip, and extremely responsive when we suggested itinerary changes we wanted to make, and the trip itself was fabulous - we thoroughly enjoyed it all and it fully met our expectations. There was only one minor blip when, well ahead of time, our flight out of Mexico was reported as delayed, and our driver was unable to contact anyone at the destination agent to see if we could be booked on another flight (though in the end we did, through our own efforts, manage to get on to an earlier flight. The one thing which was a bit disappointing was that there was no follow-up post-trip, other than for a fairly bland online questionnaire. From our experience with other tailor-made travel agents, I would have expected that Audley would want a bit more 'colour' (eg we tried one of your recommended restaurants in xxx and it's no longer that great, or the hotel in yyy was fabulous because .....). Otherwise, though, I would recommend Audley and would certainly look to use them again.

A tailored trip to Australia with the personal touch.

A fantastic tailored made trip to Australia created by Jindy at Audley for our 20th Wedding Anniversary after our Honeymoon 20 years ago! Jindy listened and responded to our requests as well as giving personal insight to improve our itinerary as we planned it. Audley were also there and available throughout our trip to assist with any issues / changes that were needed. Extremely pleased with the service and the personal touch. Thanks again!

Gold standard of excellence!!!

Jason Toms and Lynn Macaluso were absolutely PHENOMENAL in providing outstanding customer service as we explored possibilities of a Sound of Music/Austria trip. The referral from Audley team member Jason to Lynn was seamless and timely, perfect in every way. We are extremely grateful to Jason and Lynn for their time and expertise. Throughout the entire process, they were both simply amazing. We felt heard and understood as Lynn, the Austria specialist, incorporated our wishes and priorities into her proposed itinerary. On this, our first interaction with Audley, Jason and Lynn left us with a lasting impression of the very highest standard of excellence and team work set by this company in all aspects of travel. Dream Trip to Rome, Amalfi Coast & Florence

I had long dreamed of going to the Amalfi Coast. After a couple of canceled group tours to Italy & a lot of research I decided to forgo a group tour and connected with Audley Travel to plan a customized trip that would not only include the Amalfi Coast but Rome & Florence as well. I cannot say enough great things about the trip and our country specialist Taylor Lack. It was clear from the beginning that Taylor was truly a specialist on Italy. We had an amazing 2 week busy but wonderful trip. There were only a couple of minor glitches but overall, the tours, drivers and accommodations were excellent. We particularly enjoyed our walking food tour of the Jewish Ghetto in Rome. The food was outstanding, and we truly enjoyed our very knowledgeable & personable guide Andrea Lillinlini. Andrea also took us on our visit to the Catacombs as well. Taylor was able to book us a tour of the Vatican at night which was magical along with a morning tour of the Vatican Garden - just beautiful & a must if you are lover of gardens and flowers. Our tour in the evening was led by Emilliano. His knowledge of the Vatican and the museums particularly the Sistine Chappel was beyond compare. The drivers in Rome were all wonderful but our favorite was the personable Matthew. A shout out also to our Capri guide Lorenzo Bari. My fiancé & I were exhausted at the end of our trip but that was due to all of the wonderful experiences Taylor packed into our trip. We are dreaming of going back again and would most definitely use Taylor & Audley Travel a second time around. Truly a memorable and magnifico trip!

Amazing holiday as always

This is the third trip we’ve done with Audley Travel, and the third fabulous holiday. Theresa Arachi kindly organised this one for us starting at Lake Manze camp in Tanzania’s Nyerere National Park where we had a wonderful time on safari. It was a really good choice of Theresa’s to pick that particular camp for us. We then went to Zanzibar for a week on the east coast at a gorgeous hotel right on the beach. The thing is with Audley is that you know that they are always there for you should you need to sort out any muddles or problems. This is the kind of security and back up we enjoy when travelling to far flung countries with them. Thanks again Theresa.

We were mislead

I was willing to pay what I thought was a very high price because I was celebrating my eightieth birthday and the ads promised trips tailored to our specific interests and planned by experts. Our specialist assured us that all of our guides were Spanish civil war experts (my main interest in the trip), that we would have english speaking drivers on transfers and long drives between cities and that every detail would be taken care of so that the usual hassles of travel would be avoided. We were grossly mislead. Not only were the guides not experts none of them had been informed of our specific interests. They were all very professional and were embarrassed by not being prepared to meet our needs. Finally in Barcelona, our last stop, we found our own guide and had a wonderfully informative half day tour of civil war sites. For the first week of the trip our drivers could speak no english. Our local representative mixed up times and pickup spots and then blamed us although we followed our printed instruction exactly. To their credit Audley investigated, apologized and returned a small portion of our cost, about the best they could do to make up for a disappointing two weeks.
