He customized the itinerary based on our preferences and provided valuable suggestions for the best hotels and activities. His experience, attention to detail, responsiveness, and care gave us confidence from the start and provided an exciting, seamless planning process. Last year he planned another trip for us to Israel-Jordan-Egypt that unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the war in the middle east.
