I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when β¦ absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!
We worked with Laura C at Audley to plan our honeymoon and it turned out perfect! From the beginning of the process Laura helped us select the right country and cities for our dream safari and beach honeymoon. She took care of everything from hotels, car transfers and even made us a reservation at a local restaurant for our layover in Nairobi. They picked the perfect safari camp for us and we got to see the big 5! 10/10 experience and we canβt wait to book our next trip with Audley!
Audley ensures choices of impeccable lodging and excursions with trusted and reliable vendors. There were no worries and the only task was to enjoy the incredible sights, sounds and flavors of africa.
I have used Audley for various holidays across the world several times now and they never disappoint. This time I wanted a safari followed by a beach break and Theresa Arachi put together a great itinerary for me, starting in Kenya in a superb camp in the Masai Mara, followed by a lovely hotel in Zanzibar. I am a solo traveller and Audley ensured I was safely looked after from arrival and then leaving after 18 days in total. Any little issues are dealt with promptly so you can get on with your holiday. (Issues with the hotel in Nairobi for 2 nights, hence not giving a 5 star review, although this wasn't down to Audley). The specialists know the countries/areas they cover well which is very helpful (Theresa had visited many of the hotels and camps herself so knew what would be more suitable for me), so I highly recommend using them wherever in the world you want to go, either as a group, pair or solo.
My wife and I had the most amazing experience in Japan--and we couldn't have done it without Adam at Audley!
When we began to plan a trip to Japan, we realized quickly that we needed help from an expert. We had never used a travel service before, but I am so glad that we reached out to Audley.
Adam interviewed us and got a sense of the kind of experience that we wanted, then--with just our arrival and departure dates--he assembled an itinerary of cities, amazing lodging (including traditional ryokans), and really interesting activities with local guides that were tailored for us. He absolutely nailed what we wanted--not simply travel, but an experience that was more immersive, fun, and with the right mix of planned activities and unplanned time.
His support was really helpful, including lots of time before departure to ensure that the plan fit our needs, as well as lots of advice and tips from his own time staying in Japan.
The logistical support was really key to making our travel easy--including providing a mobile wifi hotspot to ensure we had internet access everywhere, supplying our JR vouchers and tickets on our first day on the ground, as well as the Audley mobile app and printed binders of our trip.
Adam arranged private transfers to and from the airport, and local guides that taught us how to use transit, that gave *tons* of tips of what to see, and that were eager to share their culture with us... All of this really took all the stress out of planning and execution, and just made our trip *so* enjoyable.
Thanks to Audley, and thanks to Adam for giving us memories that we will never forget!
My grandchildren and I spent 10 wonderful days in Southern Spain and Madrid. We visited 5 cities and two caves along the way. Eric Carnes, along with some suggestions from me, did an outstanding job in putting this trip together. The thought and enthusiasm he brought to the trip was contagious with all of us thrilled with the pacing, selections, and guides we met along the way. I would highly recommend him because his judgement was right on target when it came to the challenge of making it interesting for all of us while not compromising the "must see" highlights. Audley was very flexible when we included a soccer match in Granada which hadn't been in the itinerary. Hats off to Audley, too! Sally
Our trip to Kenya was absolutely amazing. Abigail Childres made it so we always felt safe and cared for. We never had to worry about any of our travel arrangements and she always had someone there to take care of us.
Abigail figured it out very soon in our planning conversations that we were not campers. She then made it so that our accommodations were amazing. Truly beautiful views, beautiful people and unbelievable animal watching. She made it so that our meals were cooked special for us, and she even helped make sure that one of our companions, who had dietary restrictions never had to feel like they werenβt going to get an unbelievable meal.
Abigail and Audley experts for Dubi also arranged for a side trip after Kenya to Dubai, which was just as amazing as going to Kenya in its own way,. Abigail and Audley knocked it out of the park.

Our journey to Peru during the holidays of 2023 was an outstanding bucket list trip! Jasmine Scott was our specialist, and she was terrific about our itinerary ,and wanted to insure that the planned trip met our expectations. Very personable and knowledgeable! We would absolutely want to work with Jasmine, again!
Our guide, Fermin, in the areas of Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu was great! Since he is from the area, Fermin was a wealth of information. He knows everyone in the area, and climbing up the Incan Trail was no problem for him. Alejandra was also wonderful organizing our trips, and even went the extra mile for our laundry to get done! And, we also enjoyed our car driver, Carlos.
Our family would use Audley again as the outcome was a memorable vacation for us!
We began our relationship with Audley Travel in the fall of 2023 working with Jason Toms. He expertly guided us through planning a trip to Egypt. He intently listened to our ideas, responded immediately to our questions and requests, and readily shared his personal insights and experiences. Such a personable, young man! A highlight during the planning process was the long conversations he had with our daughter, a student of Egyptian history and culture. He took into account all of her ideas, and the two of them planned a dream itinerary. We received outstanding, personal service.
We have just got back from our third Audley trip and our second to New Zealand. As in October 2022, we had a wonderful 5 weeks in New Zealand partly with family and partly travelling round by ourselves. Our itinerary was put together by Amy Waters after we talked to her about the sort of thing we wanted to do. Amy made very helpful recommendations about the places we should go to and where we should stay. Our international flights, domestic flights, 2 car hires and the accommodation we stayed in were all booked for us by Audley and everything went to plan. As on our two previous trips, we very much appreciated the personal service and advice we received and highly recommend both Audley and Amy Waters
We asked Audley to plan our once-in-a-lifetime adventure to South America for us to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our seven-week adventure exploring Peru (including Machu Picchu) and Ecuador could not have gone smoother or been any more perfect. The agency (shout out to travel planner Jasmine Scott for her excellent eye for detail) booked us in the perfect hotels and on the most amazing tours, including a six-day trip on a 16-passenger yacht called the Solaris to explore islands in the Galapagos and a four-day float on the riverboat Anakonda down the Napo River to check out the Ecuadorian rain forest. The guides who met each flight, and the private drivers who chauffeured us around both countries, were absolutely amazing. We will definitely be using Audley again to plan our next grand adventure to Australia, New Zealand and Tazmania!
