I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!
Tamatha set our family up with the trip of a lifetime to Japan! Her ability to plan, visualize, and compile so many things for us to do really helped us make the most of our two weeks in Japan.
We got to do just about everything that we wanted to as a family, and she even went above and beyond in helping us find a photographer for my proposal.
I never felt like we were going on "Tamatha's Ideal Trip of Japan", it truly always felt like our ideal trip where we got to do everything we wanted to, and from day one Tamatha listened to our ideas - and guided us towards things we may not have ever thought of. We enjoyed all of the tours - and just as important - all of the tour guides that we were set up with. The people truly made the trip!
I would recommend Tamatha to ANYONE that is trying to plan a trip to Japan. The whole planning experience was stress free and when I go back to Japan I will absolutely use Tamatha again. Her level of thoughtfulness and consideration when putting together this trip was unmatched!

My friend and I booked a trip to Nepal and Bhutan to celebrate 50 years friendship, she is based in Iceland and me in the UK. Carol Lawrence from first conversation to end of trip was amazing. She listened to what we wanted to do and co-ordinated everything beautifully. I was so impressed with everything Audley arranged, from all the communication - to a brilliant book with all our details and itinerary in it - to the guides (who were AMAZING) and the hotels arranged. It was such a smooth trip with everything working so well. We had an amazing adventure and memories to keep for many years of a wonderful time. Tom planned the trip of a lifetime for my family. All of us fell in love with Africa, and having two 14-year-old boys be enthusiastic for the entirety of a trip is no small feat. Old Drift was fantastic, and I don’t know how we qualified for the upgrade at Timbavati, but it was unbelievable. Reality outpaced my high expectations by miles. I can’t possibly describe the house, the grounds, the food, etc. Amazing.

My wife and I have been to over 80 countries and all 7 continents, and we usually do all the research and book our itineraries ourselves, but when we decided to go to Borneo to see orangutans and rainforest wildlife, we were clueless as to where to start and where to go. We decided to do what we rarely do - and use a travel agency. We researched agencies with Malaysia Borneo trips, and decided on Audley. This was the first time we used Audley, and are so glad that we did. They had their Malaysia specialist Alix Macaluso contact us, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Being in California and Audley being in Boston, we arranged a videoconference, so got to meet Alix via Zoom. She spent a lot of time answering our questions (and we had many), and providing some really helpful info on our options and some other travelers' feedback on their Borneo trips. Alix then sent us a detailed proposed itinerary, and after a 2nd call with Alix, we settled on what we would like to do. We can't say enough great things about Alix and her dedication to helping us create an awesome trip. Audley's teams in Borneo were super friendly and we saw amazing wildlife. The entire trip went so smoothly and it far exceeded our expectations thanks to Alix and Audley. We would definitely use Audley again, and have already recommended them to some of our intrepid traveler friends. Thank you Alix and Audley for an amazing Borneo experience!
The key issue about our experience with Audley travel is that they delivered us a very memorable holiday in Japan that met all our expectations. The pre-planning was meticulous. The just in time briefing about key things to be aware of in Japan was highly professional and useful. The in country support was excellent.
This was our 4th Audley holiday, and they’ve maintained the highest standards of support and delivery over the 10 years we’ve used them.
We recently spent 2 weeks in Malaysia on a bespoke package created and arranged by Audley Travel. This included flights, hotels, internal transfers, and a handful of guided tours. Arrangements worked well, in particular the local drivers who were always punctual and had clean, well equipped cars. We generally found the hotels excellent too.
In planning a return trio to Australia, and, in particular, a road trip through Tasmania, I had the good fortune to find Anthony Vaglica and Audley Travel. As a North American driving there is stressful so having NO STRESS over plans or accommodations was great! He paced us perfectly, even given the very challenging mountain driving. The tours he orchestrated in Tasmania as well as on the mainland were excellent. Every single one. Audley clearly vets the myriads of tour companies and has develoed good working relationships with them. It was so reassuring to have arranged transportation from and to airports. It was reliable for each of our several flights. And, the hotels that he chose were all really great! Anthony and Audley are top notch and highly recommended!
I did not go on the trip, so my review is based solely on the customer service I received. I had a trip scheduled, but unfortunately, my father became very ill and passed away, making it impossible for me to attend. When I called to explain my situation, the representative's response was simply "OK." There was no empathy or understanding; he didn't express any condolences or acknowledge the gravity of the situation. It felt as though the call was more about him than about addressing my concerns. Just because the lack of empathy from the rep I do not recommend them
