I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.
We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when β¦ absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !
We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.
This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!
Our last trip was to Portugal for the Christmas lights...but we have had four trips total with Audley.
On the first trip to Tokyo (my daughter's request). I knew there would be no way I could plan the trip. My daughter wanted to see Studio Ghibli and as we stood in line the person next to me (A Dean at the USC med school with a grandchild) said, "How did you get tickets for this? I had to call in a lot of favors!" I replied, "I just told my Audley Specialist we wanted to do it." ... Fast forward to another trip in Lisbon when we received a text at 1AM from American Airlines that our flight that morning had been canceled, would we "approve their substitutions?" No list of flights provided, no web access to the flight list, no agent on a phone. I called the Audley travel partner (in London) and explained what happened. 90 minutes later we were rebooked, with our business seats in tact, and home an hour earlier than the original arrival.
I contacted Robyn Hutchons said I wanted to put a package together for my husbands 70th. So Robyn went away put it together. Sent it over a few tweaks here and there and it was all sorted. It was tailored round what I knew Alan wanted.
So off we went we were delayed at the airport going out. British Airways had technical problems. Contacted one of Robyns team and they sorted our connecting flights. From then on there were no problems. The accommodation, the meet and greet,the safari lodges were perfect.
We had the most amazing holiday of a life time and my Husband had the best 70th birthday ever. When we go back we will definitely go to Audley travel. We were spoilt and felt like royalty. I cannot thank Audley Travel enough and Robyns team. Thank-you

Eric did an amazing job in planning our trip to Spain. He planned a trip that my family will never forget. Everything was detailed planned to perfection, and everything went a scheduled. Not only did we enjoyed the highlights of Spain, we also did fun stuff with the family. The paella cooking class was one of the highlights that my family enjoyed doing together. Renting a car and we got to enjoyed and meet some of our family in Zurgena, Spain. WELL DONE.
I was doing a project it was do Monday of April 28th and I search so much stuff up from different websites and it all came with stuff I did not search up but this gave me what I searched up for I love this website your doing great.
Travel arrangements were all taken care of and everything went according to schedule. The team was well prepared to make last minute changes which we needed to do. The guides/drivers were on time, pleasant, informative, and extremely accommodating; they made arrangements off the schedule and with people they know locally specifically because of our interests. The highlights of the trip were incredible.
Excellent trip planned for my Morocco vacation last year - Audley customized my trip based on what I'm looking for and made me want to go back to the country to explore more in the future.

Thank you for creating our dream holiday for Jills 60th birthday, we enjoyed every minute. The hotels you chose were superb and the locations amazing. ST representatives were really helpful on our arrival at the airport and kept us informed of all travel arrangements.
The tour guides were real experts, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable, which brought real meaning to the geography and flora and fauna. Special mentions to Umberto at Tortuguero and David at Arenal.
We were very touched when all hotels wished Jill a happy birthday. We loved the floating restaurant experience at Mawamba Lodge - magical- also the balloons in our room at Lagarta Lodge were a lovely touch.
Amongst the most memorable parts of the holiday were: baby sloths, baby porcupines, crocodiles at Tortuguero, howler monkeys at Lagarta, sunsets at Belmar and Logata and not forgetting, the wonderful staff at all the hotels.
This trip wasn't just a holiday it was a transforming experience and adventure. Initially, I was terrified at the thought of going over the sky bridges but I saw so glad that I did because it certainly helped me overcome my fear of heights. Although, the Zip Lines at Treetops were a step too far !!
The flight back from Nosara was amazing and the perfect way to end our adventure. The spectacular views from the plane will stay in our memories for a long time.

Just come back from an amazing SE Asia tour and canβt thank Heidi Lockwood enough for putting together a first class itinerary for us which met our every need.
