Lack of empathy
I did not go on the trip, so my review is based solely on the customer service I received. I had a trip scheduled, but unfortunately, my father became very ill and passed away, making it impossible for me to attend. When I called to explain my situation, the representative's response was simply "OK." There was no empathy or understanding; he didn't express any condolences or acknowledge the gravity of the situation. It felt as though the call was more about him than about addressing my concerns. Just because the lack of empathy from the rep I do not recommend them
