I want to heavily recommend using Audley

I want to heavily recommend using Audley Travel. My step-father and I used their service for a trip to New Zealand and neither of us could commend this company enough. We were connected with a great women, Keila, who was so incredibly insightful and helpful in our planning. It was extremely comforting knowing that our trip was in the hands of someone so bright. Everything worked out perfectly for us. The trip ended up being my favorite trip of my life because of her help. My step-dad texted me a couple of days ago about the trip and he was so grateful. He was still in awe a week after we returned home. Anyways, I loved the trip that Audley gave us and all of the insights that helped us along the way.

A bucket list trip to Canada

We contacted Zac last year to enquire about a trip to Canada . We had teams/zoom discussions to share ideas about what we would like to do . Zac listened to us and got it spot on! Zac created our itinerary, which included a detailed step by step guide to where to be when … absolutely brilliant , thank you Zac, everything was just perfect !

We have just booked our dream holiday…

We have just booked our dream holiday to visit Alaska, take the Rocky Mountaineer train and do a cruise. Leo has been amazing as a travel advisor and has expert knowledge in this field to guide us and has taken lots of time to tailor our trip to ensure we have the best experience. The itinerary looks incredible ... I felt he genuinely cares in making sure he helps to create our trip of a lifetime! We can't wait to go next year and would highly recommend Audley Travel and Leo for the Canada region.

Let’s get started on trip three…

This is our second time using Audley to help us navigate a wonderful vacation. Last year we enjoyed Canada, this year we tipped our toes into Europe, and headed to Ireland! Lydia was exceptional! We have two older girls and are an active family who loves to enjoy the outside and dine! She helped us balance both of those requests seamlessly. We kayaked by castles, walked the Cliffs of Moher, walked to waterfalls, biked through Dublin, and never stopped smiling at the beauty around us! Once we were ready to relax we had reservations for dinner and each place was unique and delicious! Thank you Lydia for helping to make our dream holiday a reality!

Argentina trip

We have just returned from nearly 4weeks in Argentina. Our advisor Clare really listened to where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. She suggested some tweaks to our original ideas as she had knowledge of the country and we didn't. She was so very helpful and on hand before and after our trip. She was away herself for most of our trip but her colleague Alex became our link and swiftly managed a query we had whilst away. The whole trip was just amazing! It certainly exceeded our expectations. This is our first time with Audley and we would definitely recommend them unreservedly.

My trip to Borneo was booked 6 years…

My trip to Borneo was booked 6 years ago and cancelled 5 times due to the pandemic and some personal issues, but thanks to Hannah and her patience I've finally come back from the most incredible trip. Throughout the planning stages as well as during the trip itself I always felt supported, listened to and looked after, and since I was travelling alone this was really important to me. I can't rate her and the company highly enough.

South Africa…

Just back from fantastic trip to South Africa. Robyn from Audley assisted us all the way in putting together our tailor made trip, giving us great advice. With both our own and her input we built up what looked like a great itinerary and the reality was that it exceeded out expectations.

3 week circular route incorporating a lot of S A highlights.

From making our initial enquiry and discussing our preferences with Audley for a South African adventure, every step of the process was extremely professional and stressfree. The wealth of knowledge and recommendations were invaluable in putting together an incredible itinerary and a memorable experience of a lifetime. Robyn was infectiously enthusiastic about our trip to her homeland and nothing was too much trouble. We are very appreciative of all the help she gave us every step of the way. Everything, particularly the standard + location of accommodation and friendliness of all our hosts surpassed all our expectations. We'd love to return sometime soon.

Excellent New Zealand Adventure

Thanks to Amy and her team at Audley we had a wonderful, stress free trip. All our travel arrangements were dealt with on our behalf, Amy having taken the time to discuss where we wished to visit, what activities we enjoy and where we had visited previously. We even upgraded our flights without having to handle anything ourselves. A truly memorable experience, thank you.

My first time to South America

I recently returned from an incredible trip to Peru and the Galapagos, all perfectly arranged by Michael from Audley Travel. From the very beginning, Michael was attentive, friendly, and really took the time to understand what kind of experience we wanted. The whole trip felt completely personalized and seamless. In Peru, we avoided the usual tourist crowds and got to explore Machu Picchu and Cuzco in a way that felt special and authentic. The guides were knowledgeable and passionate, and the hotels Michael picked were comfortable and perfectly located. Then, in the Galapagos, everything ran smoothly—from the boat to the wildlife excursions. Seeing the animals up close in such a pristine environment was unforgettable. What I appreciated most was how easy Michael made everything. He was always quick to respond, offered great advice, and checked in to make sure we were happy throughout the trip. There were no surprises or hiccups—just a well-planned adventure that felt effortless. This was by far one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to Michael’s care and expertise. I can’t recommend him and Audley Travel enough if you want a stress-free, unforgettable trip. I’m already excited to start planning my next adventure with them!

Fab experience

This is my second trip with Audley- first to Sri Lanka and have just returned from Borneo. Both have been fantastic trips! They’re not the cheapest company, but you get an incredible service, and so much support, particularly if there’s an issue whilst on the ground. Charlotte (Callin) in particular was our Borneo specialist. She was incredibly fast in her response via emails and kept us updated with any changes, and let us know when she was away in case we needed to contact her. We had an issue during our stay in one of the hotels, and she answered within an hour, and managed to sort a resolution out in the same day. Absolutely amazing, and turned our day around. Without a doubt would recommend booking with Charlotte!

Scotland and the UK

Lily Cohen at Audley arranged our recent visit to Scotland and the UK. All of our drivers / tour guides were punctual, very knowledgeable, attentive, flexible, accommodating and friendly. We had no issues on any of our pre-paid scheduled tours. Travel arrangements (trains & planes) were good and uneventful. Hotel arrangements were also really good as each hotel in each city visited was centrally located and within walking distances to many sites of interest. The hotel accommodations were above expectations. Lily Cohen, our travel specialist did a great job in getting us to where we wanted to go and arranging interesting things for us to do when we got there, making good use of time available.
