Once I understood how to get in touch it took about 5 minutes to make contact with Melanie from customer services. I had missed one installment of my daugher's direct debit due to increased cost of everything and not having enough money in my account. Once Ashbourne had my daughter's membership ref, and security code it took one message from Melanie to set up a link for me to repay direct debit along with days we had missed (instead of paying a charge for missed money). Thank you : ) And also many thanks to Swift Gym, York for running such a friendly safe space and for choosing Ashbourne to deal with their finances.

I recently had to cancel my gym membership, and I have to say, the process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free! The management team was very responsive and handled my request quickly. They made sure to confirm everything promptly, which really put my mind at ease. I appreciate how professional and accommodating they were throughout the entire process. Customer service not good now as can't actually speak anyone now in person over the telephone it's all text or email which doesn't help when have an immediate problem and even worse sometimes you're get a Bot. There should be a telephone number you can call that us linked to a live person not a Bot or having too message.

I sustained an injury that meant I could no longer use my gym, but canceling my membership was a frustrating and drawn-out process. They initially refused to cancel and would only suspend it for two months. I had to provide proof from my hospital appointments by sending letters just to be considered for cancellation. If I ever look for a gym again, Iβll be avoiding any that are run by this company. Even after finally approving my cancellation, they tried to charge me for an extra month. I refused, canceled my direct debit, and only then did they "kindly" waive the fee. The whole experience was stressful and unnecessarily difficult.
