Cancellation Nightmare!
I sustained an injury that meant I could no longer use my gym, but canceling my membership was a frustrating and drawn-out process. They initially refused to cancel and would only suspend it for two months. I had to provide proof from my hospital appointments by sending letters just to be considered for cancellation. If I ever look for a gym again, I’ll be avoiding any that are run by this company. Even after finally approving my cancellation, they tried to charge me for an extra month. I refused, canceled my direct debit, and only then did they "kindly" waive the fee. The whole experience was stressful and unnecessarily difficult.
