I had to cancel my membership in the gym managed by Ashbourne and I was positively surprised with the quick response of the Dawn. All sorted with cancelation and refund of the previous monthly payment in a short time.

I cancelled my membership due to relocating over 90 miles away from the gym facilities. Sophie was amazing on helping me follow the neccesary procedures to ensure the membership agreements were honoured and at the same time resolved my case. Very happy. Thanks Sophie . Great customer service!

I joined the gym a few weeks ago and unfortunately developed muscular pain. I contacted Ashbourne memberships and Sophie dealt with my enquiry. After explaining the reason why I wanted to cancel Sophie was very helpful and professional, she cancelled my membership straight away. Thank you for a friendly and effective service.
