Customer service need improvement

Customer service not good now as can't actually speak anyone now in person over the telephone it's all text or email which doesn't help when have an immediate problem and even worse sometimes you're get a Bot. There should be a telephone number you can call that us linked to a live person not a Bot or having too message.
