Once I got through to Amanda through an online chat the service was exceptional. Unfortunately their text and email automated systems does let them down and the text service in particular was useless but Amanda saved the day.

I’ve dealt with so many companies recently where things just take ages and always end up being more complicated than they need to be. This was not the case with Ashbourne membership. I emailed them to freeze my gym membership due to going on holiday and they responded quickly with no fuss at all. Chloe was helpful and efficient.

Due to loosing my job I had to cancel my membership but having contacted out of office hours I sent message through their chat box and early first thing in the morning next day I received an email from Rose who was very quick to respond to my enquiries and was able to postpone my membership for 3 months instead of the hassle of cancellation and reapplying in the future. Excellent customer service, very polite, quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Rose.
