Constant problems with no water can't replace the pipes but can pay their shareholders
Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

I would like to know why Anglian water representatives feel it is ok to park their work van in disabled parking bays and not walk the hundred yards to the designated free parking area ! I have a doable badge for a reason !

I received notification that my bill was increasing from £21 to £51 a month with no explanation at all, very poor run company that we have to pay for there incompetence, they have repaired a leak 7 times in the exact same spot in 18month. why can we not change company like you can with electricity. they increase your bill so they can pay massive bonuses.

This is an appaulling Company. Reported our local treatment plant flooding roads and farmland in 2004, it happened again in January 2025 it seems nobody is accountable, the site serves 4 villages in South Cambridgeshire, the site consists of old wooden sheds, old rusty chain link fencing and 1960 equipment. This is 2025 and localy we dont have anything like a modern treatment plant.

I came home from a couple of days away to see raw sewage covering my garden. It was leaking from a small drain and two larger drain covers, (not sure why there are two). I called the help line to report this issue, not knowing where the blockage was at this time. I was not able to flush my toilet or use any water (shower, washing (machine etc, as it just emptied out on to my garden. The smell in my house was horrendous and was making me feel very sick. I explained this issue to customer service and the response was a total lack of care, was also incredibly rude, unhelpful and patronising. Not to mention judgmental. I was also told that it would take a while for someone to come and have a look, (up to 7 days!!!!) Apparently I'm not a priority because despite the fact that I've raw sewage in my garden and the smell in my home is making me sick, and the fact I can't flush my toilet or have a shower or even wash, wash up etc I'm not a priority. I'm disabled, by the way, I need to use my toilet and wash my clothes ect more than usual. No details needed. I also have an immune compromised illness. I eventually paid for a company to deal with the blocked drain, only to be told that the blocked drain isn't on my property but is an issue further away. I wasn't prepared to pay for someone else's problem. Being that of Anglian Water. I'm now having to vacate my home, until anglian water can find the time to unblock their drain, at my cost. Despite the fact that their policy states to have blockages cleared within 42 hours. Not up to 7 days, how do they expect people to live in conditions like this, without the ability to use a toilet or wash/shower etc, not to mention the putrid smell of raw sewage and the fact that my dogs can't go outside. No one should have to wait 24 hours let alone 7 day's. You wouldn't treat an animal like this! I can't vacate my property until the morning due to circumstances. This certainly isn't helping my already infection that I'm currently taking antibiotics for. Not acceptable at all.

Anglian Water bills once a year. To keep costs under control I want to know how much I am paying for water and sewerage (fixed & variable). Last year this information was available on their web. This information has vanished on their redesigned web, replaced with lots of words but no hard information, not even for their different tariff options. How can I control water use and costs with a once a year bill and no pence/m3 and pence/day information?

Changed Account billing name. Smooth as a melted butter. The lovely women on the other side of the phone was extremely helpful and polite. Always done an excellent service as far as I can remember. If only some other companies do service like Anglian Water. We don’t need some nonchalant customer service, the world is a difficult place to live in already. Just be nice like the lovely ladies at Anglian Water 🥰

Had a water leak for over a year on our side of meter. We did have to deal with it which I understand as it’s on our property and belongs to us. We found and sorted leak. Anglian water sorted a £3000 plus water bill into a £1200 pay back to us. Which paid for the repair and more. This wasn’t expected. The staff involved with sorting were super friendly and helpful and easy to get through on their phone line. Which as we all know dealing with these big companies most of the time is like putting pins in your eyes. Your doing it right guys you should perhaps set up a management course for all the other badly run utility companies. Pleasure to deal with.

TCP taste and burning mouth since having a new smart meter. Warning, do not let them change your meter. They are refusing to do anything about it as they have tested the water, my mouth is burning after drinking it. The staff in the so called customer services are like silly little kids.
