Constant problems with no water can't replace the pipes but can pay their shareholders
Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they canβt find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

I sent Anglian a message last night as I have been having problems with the plumbing in my flat. Although they were unable to resolve this (looks like an internal issue) I was so pleased with their response time, which was first thing this morning. The gentleman who conducted the check was lovely too. 10/10 for service :)

E mailed a problem to Customer Services on Friday afternoon. Received a response via telephone on Sunday (apologising for calling on a Sunday). Team turned up to sort problem 9.30am Monday. This is level of Service I thought was a thing of the past. A job well done very effectively and efficiently. Thank you so much Anglian Water.

Wow!!!!! I felt it was only fair and proper to update my review. So I will also update my rating. I have to say the speed and professionalism in which Anglian Water managed my complaint to a full resolution was super quick. I am very grateful and happy that my gritty water is a thing of the past. In the end the service pipes into the property needed to be changed. A massive thank you! After a few phone calls to Anglian to request the pressure of my water is tested, I finally had an engineer arrive a day later than was arranged 3 September 2020. I have no complaints about the engineers professionalism, he tested the pressure but I did not receive a copy of the results (apparently I should have). Naturally as you can imagine the water needed to be ran for a bit as it was brown on and off for a couple of days. Sadly this was not the end of my woes! Several phone calls, several engineer visits my pressure remains low and I'm left bathing in gritty water, which is totally unacceptable. I have just had a new boiler fitted and as my boiler uses a direct supply of water, I'm very concerned about any damage the gritty water is causing to the filter on the boiler. What will it take to get this issue fully resolved? Essentially I'm paying for a service which unfortunately is not being delivered. The final straw which has led me to write this review, I called 8am this morning (15 September 2020) and was told I would be contacted within 3 hours, sadly I was not and this is not the first time this has happened) I guess my next step is to raise a formal complaint, which I will do. I'm an extremely unhappy customer! Thank you for your response Dan Sadly, I have not heard from Anglian Water today (16 September 2020) therefore I have now raised a formal complaint.

Five star service. We share a drain with 2 other houses & living in a 70's house the pipes are very narrow so have had blocked drains several times before. We contacted AW & within an hour a really friendly,happy young man turned up as he had just finished a job in the area.He unlocked drain in neighbour's garden & problem was fixed. Brilliant sevice from start to finish. Thankyou

Really great customer service! I spoke to a customer service advisor in relation to issues with the quality of our water supply. Unfortunately I did not catch the advisors name, but she was extremely polite, understanding and reassuring. Generally, just a pleasure to speak to! It was so quick to get through to someone too! This was extremely refreshing to experience as I haven't encountered customer service like this in a very long time! Really setting the bar! Thanks Anglian Water!

Weβve had an on-going issue with blockages for over a week and have had Anglian Water out 3 times to help. Customer service has always been amazing-including very late at night. Always courteous and empathetic about issues and the people who have visited have encouraged us to get in contact if we have any issues again. Great company from start to finish, including communication and general customer relations.

Great Customer Service and Support I cannot say enough good things about this utility company, during the height of the Coronavirus they were very supportive.
