Constant problems with no water can't replace the pipes but can pay their shareholders
Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they canβt find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

I moved in March. I still have not managed to sort our my council tax or electricity bill due to poor customer service, but at least Anglia Water know what they are doing. I spoke to really, really friendly helpful people. They have a fantastic call back service to prevent you holding on the phone for long periods. Well done.

Anglian Water called to say our consumption had doubled in the last year did I know why. I didn't, they arranged for an engineer to come and test for leaks, there was a leak and a gas test was arranged to find out where the leak was. All fixed now. The customer service throughout from both the telephone team and engineers who visited our property was amazing, all where extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The most efficient company that I deal with both on a personal and business level. Very well done Guys

Absolutely appalling service!!! I reported an issue in January and it took over a month for someone to actually call me back. Since then they have missed 3 appointments which I had to take the day off for and didnt even have the courtesy to call to reschedule apart from the 1st missed appointment. I was then told that it would be another month before I get an appointment which should have been end of March due to other important jobs. I was then told that appointments couldnt be guranteed so to expect a call mid March to schedule another appointment. It is now a week into April and I have not had a call or appointment. Absolutely shocking service, if there was another water/sewer company I would switch in a heart beat. And to make matters worse one of their stations where engineers are dispatched is literally 5 minutes from my house. It shouldn't take 4 months for a paying customer to have their issues resolved. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I emailed Anglian Water at 2.30pm and got a text message saying someone would be out within 48 hours. At 6.45pm two men turned up and couldnβt have been more helpful and informative. They gave sound advice and were extremely efficient. Absolutely first class service from 2 excellent members of staff, Lee and his apprentice Dominic are a credit to the firm. Thank you

Anglian water are totally useless, we had a blocked sewer line that serves 7 properties and had flooded our passageway. Despite 2 phone calls promising call back in 13 to 16 minutes Nothing, we are both oap's in our late 70's we managed to partially clear the blockage with no help from Anglian, what a totally useless company. Hours later we are still waiting for a call back.

I have had raw waste coming up through the drain outside my back door for 5 days I've been given 2 different days when the workmen are supposed to come and fix it , both days no one has turned up no phone call ,no email ,no text to tell me why I called and was told we will call you back and NOTHING has been done I am beyond furious.

My WC was backed up, I rang over the bank holiday weekend, a lovely lady Kate answered took all the details, was extremely polite and understanding of the problem, said I should have some action within Three days, gave me a job reference number to follow up if this was not the case. Next day (bank holiday) workman turned up name of Marco, he was brilliant, looked at all the drains which were clogged badly, found the cause of the clog, removed the blockage and washed and rodded all the way through, leaving a clean and tidy system, knew his job and a credit to Anglian Water, many thanks to Kate and Marco for a job well done!

I felt it was only right to leave a good feedback about our experience with anglian water. Most people only leave reviews when they have had bad experiences. But we were very pleased with how quick our problem was resolved with our drain cover outside our house they even came to do the job on a Sunday.
