Constant problems with no water can't replace the pipes but can pay their shareholders
Entering day 4 without mains water. No end in sight. Apparently they can’t find the cause of the supply failure.
Reported a domestic water leak almost 3 weeks ago. An initial visit confirmed it was the company's responsibility to repair but a follow up visit was needed. 3 weeks pass & the same technician turns up to take photos of the leak he saw 3 weeks before. In the interim no.proactive communication from the.companu. Promised callbacks never came. And.booked visits never happened. Awful! And I have no alternative provider.I can switch to. Simply.awful service

Not a good company bad customer service.have all way payed my bill monthly.payed it larst year. 6 weeks they send me a bill for £70 were did that come from told them I payed wait they wanted. Have sent 2 forms back now. Still not stored.out. told them not paying that £70 it's one big con.

Failed to deal with extremely unpleasant odours from a victorian sewage works since before 2005. Braintree District Council keep giving planning permission, without renewing the infrastructure such as sewage works. Keep getting told anglian water are dealing with issue. The last week has been exceptionally bad. Road breaking up, which houses main sewer and essex county Council are refusing to repair it. We have had sewage running down the road in the past. Nobody cares. I believe this issue is being looked into again. Anglian water have just received an award for being voted best utility, not sure how.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Have called them out 3 months in a row for a blocked drain (sewerage). I still can't flush my toilet, despite them coming out tonight to clear the drain - they have only cleared one end. Every time I've called them I've been told that I can expect to wait 24 hours for a technician to come out. I am disabled, so supposedly on their 'priority' list. I feel very sorry for those who aren't - they can expect to wait 48 hours! I am also waiting to receive a call back from their customer services department. The last conversation I had with them has done nothing to resolve what is going to be an ongoing issue on my property - the pipe work is old and not fit for purpose - it simply cannot cope with the volume of waste material passing through it from the rest of the street. So, what to do? Apparently I have to just keep waiting for the drains to fill up and keep calling them out, with a wait of 24 hours each time for their technicians - during which time I cannot use the toilet. If I'm lucky enough to have an over-flowing toilet they might come out a little more quickly. I think any person would struggle not to use the toilet for 24 hours. Having a disability makes this even worse. I am absolutely disgusted by the way that Anglian Water treats their customers. They are happy and quick enough to take my money each month to pay for service, as I am currently without a toilet (AGAIN) I'm wondering what exactly it is that I am paying for.... Just received my Sewerage bill, and a yearly comparison with my supplier-Essex and Suffolk Water, shows an annualised difference of nearly £60. They have increased the charge per cubic metre, strange as water is the only thing you can’t get rid of, and their service charge is higher than the water delivery charge. Time for Government to step in and reduce fat cat directors plunderings🥷💷💷💷💷💷 Why should I be penalised to uplift Directors outrageous salaries Have copied to Ofwat

Sent me this years bill with a leaflet included "The Story Behind Your Bill" - Complete and utter LIES. Water is essential to life and should not be sold to provide investors with a return. YOU put the bills up this year by 6% SOLELY to pay your foreign investors a larger return on their investment. The leaflet LIES about where you put the money. You have complete disregard for the environment - You should NOT be discharging a SINGLE DRIP of sewage into our rivers and seas untreated - EVEN in emergency situations. You should NOT be putting that six percent to investors but putting that money to use stopping this disgusting practice. Just to let you know I will be paying the bill minus 6%.

An amazing man called Wayne Hardy came today because our drain got completely blocked and all the sewage came into our garden. So he managed to unblock it all and even washed all our garden patio slabs thoroughly! What an amazing man, Again I’d like to say a big Thankyou to him!

Jack has just given me excellent assistance about my water meter. I also want to add, that I have had two interactions with Anglian Water about important water issues over the last 15 months. They have always been excellent and so understanding. Their contractors were also excellent. Many thanks. It is a pleasure to deal with a Company that provides service like this.

Since May an annoying hum has appeared in our property. It started when two new private connections were made to the main at the end of the road. It can be heard all the time but is especially loud at night. We have had various people trying to find the cause but they have been unsuccessful. Whenever AW have been making repairs to the main in the village the noise stops for about a week but it starts again. We have had AW here more than once but they are adamant that they are not causing it. We need more help from AW to identify the cause as it is too much of a coincidence not to be related to their work. update 09/04/22 We sent a response on 14/03/22 to the Email address that was given and did not receive an acknowledgement or reply. Chased this with a further Email on Monday 04/04/22 still no response. What is going on AW???
