I would give them 0 stars if I could. Have called them out 3 months in a row for a blocked drain (sewerage). I still can't flush my toilet, despite them coming out tonight to clear the drain - they have only cleared one end. Every time I've called them I've been told that I can expect to wait 24 hours for a technician to come out. I am disabled, so supposedly on their 'priority' list. I feel very sorry for those who aren't - they can expect to wait 48 hours! I am also waiting to receive a call back from their customer services department. The last conversation I had with them has done nothing to resolve what is going to be an ongoing issue on my property - the pipe work is old and not fit for purpose - it simply cannot cope with the volume of waste material passing through it from the rest of the street. So, what to do? Apparently I have to just keep waiting for the drains to fill up and keep calling them out, with a wait of 24 hours each time for their technicians - during which time I cannot use the toilet. If I'm lucky enough to have an over-flowing toilet they might come out a little more quickly. I think any person would struggle not to use the toilet for 24 hours. Having a disability makes this even worse. I am absolutely disgusted by the way that Anglian Water treats their customers. They are happy and quick enough to take my money each month to pay for service, as I am currently without a toilet (AGAIN) I'm wondering what exactly it is that I am paying for....
