No idea how to interpret this no instructions just all these links that cost money. Actually, I think it sucks.

I was happy to receive my DNA results and share it with my Family! It was very informative and on point! I think it's a fantastic thing that people get to know exactly where they come from, thanks to Ancestry.com! Keep up the good work! 👍🏼

Not a worthwhile endeavor. Very little useful information but for another $99 I could learn even more. No thanks.

I can not report anything,because a I have not received anything from Ancestry as to my family ancestry! I paid my money,but I have received only silence…

I never got it. When i asked no answer I could have donated the money where it was needed

So far I am not very happy with it. It doesn’t really show me what I was looking for. It’s a bit difficult to maneuver.

Results are in, however I cannot get any information from said results. Perhaps I have to pay more money and jump through lots of hoops. Not what was expected. Perhaps failed to read the fine print...

I was expecting something in writing on printed paper; maybe it's not here yet. I am not cellular savvy so I really don't understand how to navigate the app that is provided for me to retrieve information. I don't see my real parents name. I received a bunch of names I never heard of. So I'm not happy yet.

Finding family filled a void within, it gives an identity to the unknown and a better understanding and purpose.

I found the app very hard to navigate

For years my mother told me we had an indigenous bloodline. Her brother-in-law researched it and found nothing. Almost bragged about how he did the work and did not find anything. We were all mistaken. The DNA find was in my Father's line and not my Mother's. Ancestry DNA found the proof I needed to confirm my Mother's story however. I feel she has finally been vindicated. I wish she were still alive today to see her belief proven true. Thank-you Ancestry.

There is so much misinformation about my family. It is disappointing.

Not much information but of course if you PAY more you get more I guess. Bought 3 kits and not impressed would never again purchase anything from ancestry

Love it so far! Trying to get family tree in order now. It was easy and quicker than I thought it be to get my results of my DNA.
