I really didn't find anything out it told me nothing and was impossible to get anywhere with it
The process was seamless from submitting the DNA to getting the results. I felt at ease and very satisfied once I knew for certain my origins, as well as the journey of my ancestors. I was able to finally compare and contrast what had been told to me about my life to what my actual story is, and that's a priceless gift!!
i waited weeks and weeks to get results. When they did come through i wasn't able to find out anything unless i paid even more. It's a con!!
Almost every trait was inaccurate. In order to find out anything about family or who I may be related to I would need to spend more money. I am very disappointed.
It was accurate compared to other DNA kits I tried. I like the fact that it gives me free resources to dig further into my ancestral family tree.
I love this experience finding out all of my family's roots. Both sides i e found back to the 1700's. So neat! Thanks, Donna
I’m so excited for my results. It’s all so interesting to me. Thank you Ancestry
I called and stated to this company that I don’t have an account and they are constantly billing me. Stop taking money out of my account. I’m not a member, Requesting a refund. Fraud !
Not good. Saw no results of DNA only a bunch of ads trying to sell more information.
Very informative. Very easy
I was told may 1st then may 3. Still nothing. The only thing I got was what I put on my family tree.
Disappointed , too many options to buy sections , took me awhile to realize it was basic ( which I kinda knew) but to jump thru too many hoops . Not a good experience for me , definitely wouldn’t recommend it unless people want to pay a fortune for in Depth - my family thought the same thing except one brother who bought the whole package. He had a lot of time on his hands .
I am having some issues with freezing up and technically issues but other then that all is well
I never knew who my dad was. The first day I got my results I was able to fill in this piece that was missing for so long. My relatives were so kind and welcoming diligently helping me connect the dots. Unfortunately my dad passed 3 years before I found him but I have a sister and a niece. I am beyond excited to build a relationship with them. Thank you for Ancestry making me finally feel whole.
Thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks
I Don't mind waiting for my results but what frustrated me was the wrongly givin dates in which the results would come out. Maybe AI could help you guys do better calculations regarding a time frame.
All of the research that I had done for years is gone when I could no longer afford the subscription. Started Subscribing again and it's all gone. I did my DNA testing and was not impressed at all. I got better results from 23 and me. Ancestry DNA told me that my oldest niece was my 1st cousin. The results were too broad.
Right now I need time to examine, will get back to you.
I was extremely disappointed when all I received were three areas from Ancestry. For the price, I expected more instead of always being told to “see more” pay more. Plus, no written reports…
