Refund Policy is not Great
Review bombed, here is why. Originally I loved the service. However, I accidentally left a $70 subscription active. This morning, August 8th, 2025, I was charged for said subscription. I went in immediately once I noticed it, requested a refund and they refused. Their”policy” is very much not in favor of the consumer so I highly recommend being careful with these people and their subscription service.
