The most surprising result about my DNA profile was that I am 99% of Italian ancestry. Was not expecting that outcome. It was very revealing that my ancestors stayed in the same area of Italy for centuries before my grandparents came to America for economic opportunities.

I guess a bit disappointing. I basically already knew that the results would show that I was a large percentage British being as my mother was born in England. It supplies a list of 2nd and 3rd cousins but doesn't tell you where they are from? My mom may have been from England but my dad and I are Americans. I also thought the test would verify if my research on my trees is correct. It shows the regions in the US were the people on my trees lived (which I already knew), but doesn't confirm if I'm actually correct or even related. I think it's awful now to want to charge an additional fee just to see certain results! What did I pay for? Where is the actual breakdown in my DNA reported? Very disappointed.

The experience was timely and kept us updated. We recieved the results but expected more genetic breakdown then was given. Answered what we were looking for. Thank you.

The results were not very helpful. Maybe my expectations were too high.

Where are my dna results? I paid for them but everything I click says I need to pay more to see actual results or get into a limited trial while you collect credit info hoping I won't remember to cancel so you can charge me more. My wife and I are extremely disappointed. You also didn't use my first submission which would have been timely for our trip to my root country. You never said why (did you drop them?) but asked for a new submission.

Confusing to figure out and asking for additional fees

Very confusing - -I got my DNA done and can't understand it. Seems it wants more info from me and gives me none

DNA test was sent to me and processed quickly upon return. Have received many hints to follow up on in my family tree

My husband and I sent in two tests. You have obviously mixed up the two. My results came back as saying my husband's brother is my son. Also, I know the origins are incorrect for my DNA analysis, but seem correct for my husband. CONTACT ME TO RECTIFY. MARTHA PEDERSEN

You pay over $100 for a DNA kit and they require you to pay more to get the data you need to do research. Seems like a "Rip-Off" so far!

This (kit) was simple to use with specific instructions on what to do.

I recently sent on DNA for evaluation. It has clear errors, as in Missing data. There is also Swedish on my Mom's side and Cherokee Native American. That is a disturbing degree of missing data.

It is a great test to take, it allows you to see where your ancestors came from and what makes you who you are. Really glad I took the test.

I am unable to access my DNA because after momentous requests, I have not received the code to proceed with changing my password .

Have not found all my brothers also I was a Lawrence before King

It says my results are in but I haven’t received them!
