Couch/Dining Room Set

The place was very busy when I arrived but I was helped immediately. I was there to purchase a couch and a dining room set, when I left I was under the impression that the dining room set would be a bit more put together than it was when it arrived. The delivery men put the legs on the couch as stated and was very nice.

I was beyond impressed....

I was beyond impressed with their willingness to make sure I was happy with my couch! The fabric was damaged on the original couch delivered, they apologized and made sure to correct it right away!

Rude and nasty behavior

I came to the Augusta store and purchased furniture and the delivery was not delivered when I was told it was going to be delivered. I called several times to inquire about it and kept getting told I was going to receive a phone call that never happened. I called to inform the store that I wanted my money back and was met with rudeness over the phone. The store associate in a very rude manner said bye when he hung up in a very nasty tone. So I came back to the store to get a refund of my whole purchase. When I got to the store one of the store associates met me with a lot of bad attitude which was very unprofessional and unnecessary. I was sent to the counter to speak with a manager. As I was speaking with the manager, the store associate came over while I was speaking with the manager to explain what happened and rudely interrupted our conversation and I had to tell him that the store manager asked me what happened. The store manager apologized for what happened. He then asked me if I would consider coming back to the store and I told him that me coming back to purchase any furniture from this establishment would be highly unlikely. I would never shop at this store ever again. I’ve never gone to a furniture store where I have ever been treated with such rudeness and disrespect after there was an issue that they caused. When I came in to spend money to make the purchase everyone was sooooo very nice but then when an issue arose that was no fault of mine I get met with rudeness when I asked to get my money back. I’ve worked in Human Resources for over 25 years and I can tell you that is no way to treat your customers.

Everyone was very helpful and professional. I was greeted soon as I entered the door and they was very knowledgeable of all the merchandise I had questions about. Everyone was friendly and eager to help and assist.

Our salesman was very helpful and nice, large selection of furniture and the quality of the sectional we bought is excellent. We had it delivered and the delivery men were pleasant and did a great job.

From the very beginning I was very…

From the very beginning I was very unimpressed with them. I asked for some furniture and the young lady showed me a mattress only and I told her that I needed a bed and a sectional. She said we have the mattress available in store and then took me to go run my credit to see what I was approved for. After getting my credit ran she then proceeds to show me a bed that I liked and told me it wasn't going to be available for a month and then the sectional wouldn't be ready for another week or two. If she would have said that in the beginning I would have never ran my credit. Then to add injury to insult they call me to tell me that everything would be available on a specific day so now I'm excited that I don't have to wait a month for all of my stuff to then have them call me 30 minutes before it was to be delivered to find out that "their truck was late" and that they wouldn't be able to bring it. I told them to bring it again at the same time the following day and then they decided not to call me until and hour after the drop off time to tell me they wouldn't be there for another hour. I'm more upset at the fact that I had to miss out on two days of work for this. Their communication is horrible. They need to be more considerate to peoples time and don't plan to make a promise to be somewhere at a specific time if it's not within your means. People have lives outside of waiting for furniture to be delivered and the fact that I had to miss work for it is unacceptable when the original day it was to be delivered I could have gone to work. I'll be glad when I pay off what I bought and I dont have to deal with them anymore. Spoke with the manager about it and he gave me a store credit for the inconvenience but I don't know if I'll use it just from the prior experience.

We bought two twin bed with box spring…

We bought two twin bed with box spring with frame they forget to add a frame so we had two come back pay the second frame and deliverey $75 they said they have it that day but when we came back they told us same day is $100.00 bad sale what late fees come later after you purchase it seem like they making pocket money for them self and on the receipt they say $75 dollar on to the delivery person why. And a lady that was a customer also had bought a bed she was wondering when is her bed going to be delivered she ask for her money back they told her that she going to get her money back three business days in mail bad sale person why customer are what make the company but as buying from this place again I think you should train your sales person after buying I feel being rept off and we pack our beds in our car and made two trip to get was a good feeling to purchase and was think of getting something else but after it was a bad experience nope!

I I felt like the sales woman I had was…

I I felt like the sales woman I had was very phony. She only wanted a sale. I wish I would have nknown there are no refunds, it definitely may have made my decision a different one,. Now that I have it home, very cheaply made. Wish I would have read the fine print.
