Horrible Horrible Horrible. Spent $4500 cash on furniture items. Waited 2 weeks for delivery. On delivery day didnt even get a phone call that they werent coming that day that they guarenteed. Was told to wait more time. I said I couldnt i took the day off for it to arrive today! Was told you can get your money back then, it will be in a check and u will have to wait 15 days. This was the Syracuse Ny location on Erie blvd. Very un professional. never again

Love the furniture that I bought. Not as crazy about the delivery guys- they were on time, but they wouldn’t take the shipping cardboard with them, and I had to remind them to put the knobs on the outside of my dresser. I’m also not convinced that they put the loveseat together right.

Great place to get stuff at a decent price never had any problems with anything I purchased.

The sales associate was professional and courteous and helped me get what I needed quickly and efficiently.

I don't know that it's fair for me to rate the business poorly, (because, supposedly, they contract out for their deliveries) but I am super annoyed with the way my furniture delivery went. It was supposed to be delivered a Sunday, but not all of it was ok the truck. Then, it was supposed to be delivered first thing Monday morning..... It came at 4 pm. One of the pieces was shattered from delivery and getting the replacement took an extra 3 days. I don't know about you, but I would find someone else to do my deliveries if that's how they do business.

My experience was fast and simple. I was so surprised that the employees load and secured it to our vehicle. My kids love their mattresses for their new beds and I love that they have best prices in town

Product was not delivered on date promised. Delivery date was not changed until 8 PM on original delivery date. NO ONE was able to give any information on when to expect delivery. Your customer service is horrendous. I think I deserve a rebate for the huge inconvenience and the terrible customer service
