Purchased a sectional. Was delivered, uncreated, assembled, set in place and all trash hauled off the next day.

I went end on a Tuesday evening paid for my purchase and was told that I could have it delivered the next day. I asked that it be after 4 due to my work schedule. I was told that would not be a problem. That next day I got off of work came straight home and waited. No one ever showed. So I had a friend come spend the night thinking they would deliver it the next morning. I got off of work the next day at three and still no delivery. This was frustrating I called the store about 14 times before I got an answer and then was told they had no idea why my items were not delivered or where they were. I was told to hold he would check with the delivery company and shortly after I was hung up on. I had to call back another 8 times before an answer and was told that he thought I understood that he was disconnecting the call. Smh he went on to explain that it was tax season and they had not of deliveries and that my items should arrive by 6pm and if not to contact him. Well 6pm cane and left and no word so around 630 I start attempting to call again. Still no answer another 10 -15 calls and I decided to just go to the store. As Im leaving I receive a call from the guy "helping me" and he asked did the items arrive I explai9they did not and I was on my way to the store. Again I got the its tax season speech. When I arrive at the store there were two people at the desk and about 5 phones laying around. Now I'm more irate why was no one answering my calls. I asked for the guy who I had been dealing with and while I'm complaining to him about my experience another guy who worked there was really rude and disrespectful to me. The other guy kept apologizing and I at this point just wanted my merchandise. It took another 2 hours from that visit before my delivery came. This from a place that advertises same day delivery online and at there stores. I was offered some type of credit of I came and shopped again. But after this experience I don't want to spend another second or dollar with this company.

I ordered a bed and it came on time. Plus I love that they give you a call setting up a 4 hour window of when they will show up. If they couldn’t get any better they did they then called and told me within the 4 hour window that they would arrive in x amount of time and that I was next. They then brought everything inside and was very polite. A wonderful experience.

New mattress cover was punctured, only provided a mattress cover. Couches and mattresses were loaded in rear of box truck and forced thru narrow pathway with bruising to material. Load was not organized to route deliveries.

I received great service at the store. My problem came afterwards when I saw that no bolts or screws were included with my items to assemble my chairs. The other being that the delivery men couldn't carry my mattress/springs upstairs at the duplex I'm living in.

Great price, very helpful salesman is the reason for the 4 stars. However, the "No Returns" policy could be explained at the time of purchase. The Bellmead, Texas location relies on the customer seeing the sign on the wall (along with many other signs) for this policy. I was not even required to sign the sales documents. I was told that I could not even bring the fully wrapped item back in order to purchase a more expensive item.

First time doing business with them and it was a pleasure.
