Josh was wonderful and went above and beyond in helping with everything. He was very knowledgeable with what we needed.
Took 5 times in 4 days, 2 of those times in 1 day to have my stuff delivered right. I was sent broken items and a mismatched full bedroom set along with items I didn't get entirely. And then charged twice for deliverly which wasnt my fault that they had to come back out although I was later refunded that delivery fee after going back on the 5th time and complaining.
Prices not high, furniture I brought big and Comfortable I recommend this company. It’s well worth the money.
I am adding an amendment to my initial review. After filing my review I was contacted quite quickly by the regional manager who was quite appologitic. He traveled to my local store and upgraded the mattress at no extra charge. He delivered it to my home himself. I was extremely satisfied with the handling of my complaint. I stay with a 3 in my review due to the way the store handled the initial report. I still feel the store should of handled the initial complaint from within, given it had only been 2 weeks. "I just bought this mattress 2 wks ago. And the store I purchased it at tells me I have to file it to the warranty company. I input all the information only to get a email telling me it could take up to 30 days to process. No personal experience at all. Ridiculous."

I purchased a furniture set and when I received the furniture, it happens to be two completely different colors. This isn’t /wasn’t my fault but I’m being made to wait until God knows when to receive another furniture set due to them being backed up!!!!! I’m literally on the verge of simply returning the furniture all together and getting my money back and patronizing another business!!!!

Prices online and prices in store don't match.. they don't actually have all in stock shown online and when you spend almost 400 on just two twin mattresses because your beds have built in box spring design they charge an arm and a leg. Also was not welcomed and had to walk across the entire store to find an employee
