From the very beginning I was very unimpressed with them. I asked for some furniture and the young lady showed me a mattress only and I told her that I needed a bed and a sectional. She said we have the mattress available in store and then took me to go run my credit to see what I was approved for. After getting my credit ran she then proceeds to show me a bed that I liked and told me it wasn't going to be available for a month and then the sectional wouldn't be ready for another week or two. If she would have said that in the beginning I would have never ran my credit. Then to add injury to insult they call me to tell me that everything would be available on a specific day so now I'm excited that I don't have to wait a month for all of my stuff to then have them call me 30 minutes before it was to be delivered to find out that "their truck was late" and that they wouldn't be able to bring it. I told them to bring it again at the same time the following day and then they decided not to call me until and hour after the drop off time to tell me they wouldn't be there for another hour. I'm more upset at the fact that I had to miss out on two days of work for this. Their communication is horrible. They need to be more considerate to peoples time and don't plan to make a promise to be somewhere at a specific time if it's not within your means. People have lives outside of waiting for furniture to be delivered and the fact that I had to miss work for it is unacceptable when the original day it was to be delivered I could have gone to work. I'll be glad when I pay off what I bought and I dont have to deal with them anymore. Spoke with the manager about it and he gave me a store credit for the inconvenience but I don't know if I'll use it just from the prior experience.
