I received the wrong order and was told I had to bring the furniture back myself if I wanted it the same day. (I only live 10 minutes away) and paid for delivery. Which brings me to my next point, I was also told 2 different delivery charges and had to pay the higher amount I was quoted. After I brought back the wrong furniture myself, I was asked to go to the side door with my truck so they could load it. I was told they already had it ready for me. 25 minutes later I received my furniture. There is a scratch on my table top but I refused to go back. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.

Love the sectional that i brought from here. Just like what i saw at the store. Love the all the pillows that came with it.

Awesome customer service

not happy about the way deal went down. They do a lot of talk at the store.We paid cash as a down payment, Well guess what .One week later cash in hand they inform us that they sold the chair that I put money down. They inform us they would have the same chair 8 to 10 days. Now all we get is were looking anytime for

The table I bought was damage so had to go back to get another table other than that the service was great

took almost a week to receive our furniture after purchased, once received and we got it home it was damaged, had to load it back up and return in a snow storm, no discount or anything was offered for our inconvenience.

Although the delivery drivers were very pleasant and professional, the company needs to come up with a better process for scheduling their deliveries. I was told the delivery would be the next morning so I took half s day off work, ended up having to take the whole day off and they didn't show til 6:30 pm. Again, this was not the fault of the drivers but if the schedulers.

Some of the merchandise was overpriced. The salesmen were quite pushy, though I did get what I wanted in the end. The furniture is quality though, and overall I am very satisfied.

They weren't on time. And they forgot a piece of my furniture that I've waited a week for but they finally got it right.

The manager at your fort Myers location was just outstanding and it was a sure joy dealing with this young man.He really made myself and my daughter feel good about the purchase that we made because I purchased a new bed and wasn't looking for one. Is the store on metro parkway location.

I have many many purchases over the years, and several recently for our new house. Whitney has been fantastic every time. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! This place is one of the best deals in town!!! Buy the warranty, a great value, and over the years, they have honored it for me twice!

Bargain Hunting We went to look for a decent price bed for a guest room and walked out with a DEAL! Our salesman offered us a great deal for a floor model queen size bed and to top it off a pretty good price on four chairs. The store has a nice assortment of furniture to peruse so you will have plenty to choose from. Friendly staff, great prices. We will definitely be back.

After going to several furniture stores not finding the recliners we wanted , i convinced my wife to try american freight. Not only did we find the right recliners but rich the manager toik goid care of since we bought 2 that day . I highly recommend american freight!!!!
