I had a great experience with american freight. They helped me get exactly what i needed for the price i could afford. I would recommend everyone to go there for ur furniture needs.

I shopped pretty much on my own with little guidance from a sales rep. When I placed my order the rep entered the wrong couch. Had I not walked over to confirm the name of the couch and tell the rep that he rang me up wrong, when I had my stepdad pick up the order I would have received the wrong couch. I’m no sales person but there was plenty of opportunities for someone to possibly upsell my purchase but they never attempted. Overall I’m happy with my couch just wish they were a bit more friendly and assisted with your purchase while at the warehouse.

I was lied to about delivery time and given the run around . They delivered my furniture at 930 PM which is unreal

The furniture is beautiful....and the price was right... even my sales guy was wonderful. I’m giving this rating because the after store experience was horrible. I asked for next day delivery.... while I was in store I was told that my stuff was coming off the truck at that moment.... then the next day I got a call saying the truck with my stuff got a flat so we set delivery for Monday. Monday morning I got a call saying we were all set for delivery. I Got a call saying that we agreed on Tuesday, which was not true.... the. He changed it to “ my warehouse is packed I was hoping we could do it Tuesday. I explained I was told Saturday, got switched to Monday and I would like it Monday. He then said it could be anywhere between 11:00am and 9 pm. I said I can’t have a loud furniture delivery at 9 pm!! He said ok before 7.... 930 pm, my delivery came rolling in.... These guys dropped of my boxes and bounced. For my trouble I got 50% off an item I was already told by the sales guy I’d get a discount if I bought the whole set.... I’d go back and buy again, but The place could work on their after sales game.

Great service

I loved the customer service I received from Blake in the store. He was very helpful in helping me pick all my items threw out the store and was very patient with me. I love all the items I picked and planned on coming back for me. The only problem I’ve had is when my sofa was delivered I got two completely different pieces. I called in on Thursday when the store opened and was told they were behind they would deliver the correct piece and pick up the other today Tuesday. I work third shift so after work I slept then woke up at 4 anticipating a call from the delivery driver. No one contacted me at all I tried to be patient. Now tomorrow I have to call back and make myself available again for them to correct the mistake.

The products i purchased are beautiful. The customer service, on the other hand, was the worst. My bed had to be ordered which was fine. The workers i dealt with were telling me it was coming by 10 one night. Never came. No one called. The next day, they said by 11. Never came. No one called. By the next day i wanted a refund, they were here in an hour. Weird

I would definitely recommend this company...I furnished my whole home with a very nice collection that I bought with also same day delivery..I am very well pleased with my decisions!...Thank You American Freight!
