Senad and Demarie

Senad was very helpful with helping me with some dressers and things even though they not available yet he told me to give him my phone number and he’ll call me once they do come in and I really appreciated that and the next day I came back in for a dining room table and of course it wasn’t in stock but Demarie let me know that it’ll only be a couple weeks and was very helpful and patient with me cause I wasn’t feeling well and kinda pushy with him and he remained calm and kept a smile on while dealing with me and I am very grateful for him.

Horrible customer service

I ordered an oven from TX and they shipped it - nobody called to tell me where it was and the website wouldn't let me schedule an appointment. Finally I reached someone who told me to call another carrier - I did that then they told me I had to call the original carrier because they dropped my oven in transit. When I requested an immediate refund I was given the run around and told I had to wait until the original store received my oven BACK (another 2 weeks) before they would refund my money. Meanwhile, I'm out $2400, I have no oven and can't purchase a new one until I am refunded.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have been a trusted customer of American Freight for roughly 10 years. I purchased all my furniture from them anytime I needed new furniture. About a month ago I went to American Freight to purchase a new mattress, mattress protector, box springs, frame, and a new sectional. I worked with Nyeisha and my entire purchase went wrong. We set my delivery date for September 25, 2020 because I hired movers for September 26, 2020 and I did not want my delivery to interfere with my moving. I called Nyeisha from American Freight a couple days prior to September to confirm that all my purchased items would be correctly delivered on the correct date and Nyeisha gave me confirmation that everything was ready to be delivered appropriately. On delivery date, September 25 I was told by the service representatives all day long that my delivery would be on its way shortly. Finally, at closing time; the customer rep explained to me that my order would not be delivered because Nyeisha messed up my order as well as many other customer orders that day costing American Freight lots of money. Finally, on September 26, 2020- the day I asked kindly multiple times for American Freight to NOT deliver my purchases; I waited all day throughout my move. I got a call at 730 PM in the middle of my dinner after a long hard day of moving that the delivery was at my house. Not only was the entire process more than a headache and beyond stressful; they showed up with the WRONG items!!!! I am still in the process of moving with four small kids in toe and my husband just suddenly passed away, meanwhile dealing with this mess!

Items not delivered as described and horrible customer service

We purchased a refrigerator listed as "good" condition. I wish I could upload a picture of the item because it looked like someone angry took a baseball bat to the item. Trying to schedule a delivery date was a joke, customer service is non-existent - you will be lucky if they even answer their phones. We refused the item upon delivery weeks ago and still have not had our money ($2,000!) credited back to us. We are now filing a claim through our bank to stop payment. You would stand a better chance getting money from the Nigerian Prince before getting a quality product and reliable service from this company. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere!

I royally screwed by American Freight without grease or Vaseline purchased a first $1,400 bedroom set

I purchased a first $1,400 bedroom set. About 6 weeks ago. So I called the store. To see if the bed had arrived and was told that it was in the store. So I made arrangements for the set to be delivered to my home. By me having a very busy schedule because of me being a healthcare provider. I set the date up for today, which is 9:18 2020. Now I was told that everything was there except for tall Chester drawer. And I was also told that it wouldn't be. And for another 30 days I was like, okay, that's fine. As long as everything else is there. Now mind you. I called again to confirm. The delivery date and time the day was still confirmed, but they could not give me a set time. Moving forward to today I called the store at 11:30 a.m. To see what time. The bed would be delivered. I was told oh The only thing that is here is just a dresser and a mirror. I was like wait no, no, no, no, no. Everything should be there except the Chester drawer. And I was like I'm coming into the store. Moving forward I get to the store in Port Orange with I live in New Smyrna Beach, Florida and I questioned the guy who mind you I purchased the front. About my bed as he was like who did you speak to? I don't know. I spoke to seven different people throughout this process. Oh, we can give you your bed back know or we can give your money back. Is what he tells me. You inconvenience me or you guys the store in general just a convenience to me. I don't have a bed now. I'm crying in the store at this point. They were so nonchalant. It was ridiculous. My cousin who was with me. And asked what could you call the manager to see if she can get the bed then on the floor? So they proceeded to call the manager. Manager says yes. Okay, I was fine with that. They told me that as soon as the delivery man comes back. He's on a run. He'll deliver the stuff I go home. Wash dishes and everything else around the house by then it's almost 2. I called him back. They're giving me the runaround. So I go pick up my fiance from work. We drive back to American Freight. Then they're able to give me a set time. What's the score 3rd? They sell contract someone it's not his fault. It is not his fault by far is the freaking people that work for American Freight that Royal f*** people and lie. I just got off the phone. With the guy that actually delivering the furniture And explain to him everything that went on today, and he's apologizing for them. And I told him if he doesn't have to apologize. It's not his fault. He's just a subcontractor. That delivers for them. But American Freight will never ever ever get another f****** dime of my money. And this life or the next?

This place is a joke

This place is a joke. My washer and dryer both went on me and everyone is sold out of the sets I want because of the pandemic. Figured I would try this place since they re sell closeouts etc for something to just do me for now until I get the set I want. Every appliance was dinged and beat up and they where still asking for close to retail on everything! Nothing was even close to be worth the prices they are asking for this junk. Price gouge much? STAY AWAY! I will never walk into one of these stores again.

Freight Liquidators Exceptional Service

I bought a refrigerator from the Bridgeville, PA store of Freight Liquidators. I have never purchased an appliance from an outlet. My salesman was Sam and he could not have been more helpful or professional. There is a nationwide shortage of appliances and I was very impressed with the large selection of appliances and that I found what I was looking for at a very great savings!

Go somewhere else to buy. If you buy here you will regret it.

Do not use this company. we bought a new fridge and they screwed up the install and caused 14K in water damage to my house. They dismissed my claim and now I am out of pocket. Don't let this happen to you. Bad quality and service.

Should be illegal

Paid off a $2,800 order and was told they don’t have it. It’ll be 2 weeks... 4 weeks later I called to see if they remembered me and was told they still don’t have it. No idea when they will have it and they can offer me $200 on something else... $200 when I paid $2,800?.... I asked if I could just be refunded and go somewhere where they do have merchandise.. was flat out told no.

They have the worst service in the world ..i will Never buy anthing thing from them again .when i to buy a sectional sofa on 8/8/2020 made another o8/15/2020made another 8/22/2020 went to pay it off on 8/28/2020 they say they dont have it i would have to wait. Can get my money back after 10 days.Ask the on the second paying should i pay it off i was told No...i guess so they didnt have it then...got read of my livinroom set nowvi have to wait until who know when. Never again .....

This place has no integrity

This place has no integrity, I would give them one star if possible. I Bought couch, and In march of this year filed a warranty claim, they dropped the ball and did not process it so after covd his I had to refile it, it was approved, They realized two months ago they we are not getting replacement furniture in anytime soon, so they promised me a check to cover the piece over a month and a half ago. I have spoken with the VP, and the Regional Manager who said that he can not worry about bad reviews. Still no check and no response to text message.This place is the worst, I should have read the reviews before I bought from them. I will be a walking billboard for this place being a scam. Miami Gardens Fl location

My husband and I put a table on layaway…

My husband and I put a table on layaway in February, The table was paid off in July, We were then told that it would be ordered, It has been several weeks and still no table, I called corporate office to inquire about a refund, I was told that there are no refunds, We can upgrade for up to an additional $100 , For what?? So we can wait months for the furniture to come in?, I informed the gentleman that I completely understand that shipments are backed up due to the current pandemic , however you should alter your non refund policy as a result of the pandemic, I also purchased a small sectional back in February for 1000, Ive been paying nearly 100 a month and I checked my balance after 6 months to find it at 2000.00, Are you kidding me right now?!, I would not advise doing buisness with this company as I have learned the hard way, Go to any other furniture store aside from American freight, This is what I was sent in return.

Their website is absolutely horrible

Their website is absolutely horrible. Got approved for credit through their website to only find out that I had to do a different type of application (said nothing on the site) Then, when I fix that, I get to checkout and keep being told to reapply for the credit I just got.

Ordered an oven microwave combo on…

Ordered an oven microwave combo on 6/17/20 with a 10 day window for delivery. When the item was not received as indicated called the store and American Freight on over 6 occasions and the phone disconnected after 5 minutes. Eventually received a call from a rep at American Freight who was unable to provide any update. Item arrived on 7/8/20, 21 days after ordering. After 3 weeks in service the oven stopped working, 7days ago. Filed on-line request for service and called the service number without any resolution. A BIG RIP-OFF.
