WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I have been a trusted customer of American Freight for roughly 10 years. I purchased all my furniture from them anytime I needed new furniture. About a month ago I went to American Freight to purchase a new mattress, mattress protector, box springs, frame, and a new sectional. I worked with Nyeisha and my entire purchase went wrong. We set my delivery date for September 25, 2020 because I hired movers for September 26, 2020 and I did not want my delivery to interfere with my moving. I called Nyeisha from American Freight a couple days prior to September to confirm that all my purchased items would be correctly delivered on the correct date and Nyeisha gave me confirmation that everything was ready to be delivered appropriately. On delivery date, September 25 I was told by the service representatives all day long that my delivery would be on its way shortly. Finally, at closing time; the customer rep explained to me that my order would not be delivered because Nyeisha messed up my order as well as many other customer orders that day costing American Freight lots of money. Finally, on September 26, 2020- the day I asked kindly multiple times for American Freight to NOT deliver my purchases; I waited all day throughout my move. I got a call at 730 PM in the middle of my dinner after a long hard day of moving that the delivery was at my house. Not only was the entire process more than a headache and beyond stressful; they showed up with the WRONG items!!!! I am still in the process of moving with four small kids in toe and my husband just suddenly passed away, meanwhile dealing with this mess!
