This place has no integrity
This place has no integrity, I would give them one star if possible. I Bought couch, and In march of this year filed a warranty claim, they dropped the ball and did not process it so after covd his I had to refile it, it was approved, They realized two months ago they we are not getting replacement furniture in anytime soon, so they promised me a check to cover the piece over a month and a half ago. I have spoken with the VP, and the Regional Manager who said that he can not worry about bad reviews. Still no check and no response to text message.This place is the worst, I should have read the reviews before I bought from them. I will be a walking billboard for this place being a scam.
