DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WAREHOUSE!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WAREHOUSE!! I purchased a mattress and box spring from the Pembroke Pines location and now I have bug bites all over my body. The manager James told me, “It’s because you live in an apartment and your neighbors have bed bugs.” I live in a single family home. He was very condescending. He said he’s gotten this complaint before and all sales are final. Shame on American Freight. Buyer Beware! After receiving the response posted under my initial review I contacted the number. The telephone number is an automated number. I sifted through the options to get to the customer service option. I was then directed to leave a voicemail message. After a few hours I received a call from a company representative that gave me the option of PURCHASING A MATTRESS AT A 5%-10% discount. Are you kidding me?!

My Daughter and Son in law just bought…

My Daughter and Son in law just bought over $2000.00 worth of furniture from the Arlington rd store. They delivered busted dresser and night stand and tried to cheat them out of a bedroom chest. Their salesman would not even discuss the problem he tansfered them to 3 different people finally they said they would deliver replacement items delivery was set for today Thursday we told them before 5pm ok no problem my son in law works in Cleveland. They called and said they were 5mins out they did this at 4.25 pm he leaves for work at 330 so we told them to delliver in the morning their answer was ? We will call you and see if that works for them not us. Anyway beware they are on commission and try to sell you more items DO NOT BUY FROM THEM go to bedrooms today on Arlington rd that guy will treat you like family and yes he has furniture Again stay away from American freight its a rip off

Unsatisfied Customer

Customer service was good, very friendly and polite and ready to make a sale. Merchandise selected, approved right away, payment made same day. When ready to pick up items, there was a missing piece, crew unable to locate. In Day 5 since purchase have not yet to locate missing piece. First I am told the item in the store unable to locate, will call me later. Still no item. Salesperson says it will be week, other sales person is uncertain, and honest. Then I am offered the item on the floor. Feet fixtures to sofa, have to be drilled in (Plastic fixtures), and maintenance work is inconvenience to some. I am stuck with furniture sitting in living area incomplete, unassembled and still wrapped plastic ready to return. Customer satisfaction is poor.

We are senior citizens & purchased our…

We are senior citizens & purchased our first new couch in years . We used the layaway plan which is great . We didn’t want payments on our budget . The first couch & love seat was broken . I called and they quickly brought us another set & were very nice . But , we purchased our set Oct 2019 and it’s currently March 4 , 2020 . ( sets now 4 mos ) The treading on the love seat is coming out , we have kept , both pieces covered since day one . The cushions now sink when you sit on them . We are small people , so it’s not a weight issue . No kids , here either . For a $1000,00. I’d expect it to hold up better than , it is . I had thought about a bed after getting settled , but based on the quality of our couch & love seat ...... No

Terrible terrible terrible me and my husband bought a daybed on this past Saturday was promised to get the delivery Monday stood home all day Monday from work call them in the morning and they said that they were getting it ready to put on the truck that they will give me a call 20 or 30 minutes before they come called again around 1:42 they said that they will call me 20 or 30 minutes call back at 3:30 and they said that there was no bed in the warehouse that the. system said they had 1 available but there was no bed !!!😡why did they give me the runaround and then on top of that they going to say that the guy was going to call me 10 minutes before to let me know that there was no bed in there warehouse!!!!! bull don't waste your time buying anything from there if you can't carry it out when you purchase it don't get anything from there at all i gave a good review before but i didnt know they would do us like that not professional at all not keeping up with inventory in there warehose shame on the one running this company up front!!!!!!

Dont make a mistake and come here. They will sale you cheap furniture at name brand price. And there same as cash deal is a scam at the end of the four month if you haven't payed it off the balance will double

Very poor service from the Harrisburg store

I bought my furniture back in July. It started to fall apart in December the recliners don’t work the boards fell out of the couch. And the furniture has been well taken care of not abused or miss used in anyway. I even paid for an extended warranty. And I can’t get anybody to contact me back from the warranty department. I called the Harrisburg store where I bought the furniture John the manager gives me the runaround and pretends to be someone else when I get him on the phone. Andrew the assistant manager and salesman that I bought the furniture from is giving me the runaround as well. I contacted the corporate office and left a message with the VP and he will not return my calls I got his personal cell phone number and left a message with him and made several attempts to call him and he will not call me back or answer my calls. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

worst service

We made the trip Twice to Pittsburgh from Morgantown Wv we got sofa from this store once home legs are missing we called them to send them to Morgantown WV, first they said we have to drive back to get them and when I asked for a manager I was told he is going to call me back I’m still waiting for more than 3 weeks This store has the worst service I ever experienced no to buy from it anymore or to recommend it to someone

pretty shady company

pretty shady company. First was told they do not offer returns. Ok so now i need to sell this sofa and love seat that do not fit. I asked to cancel the extended warranty then. Nope sorry I could see if this was months later but a week?? That fine I will buy from someplace else for now on. They do not want to work with you at all.

THE MOST TRASHEST DISRESPECTFUL COMPANY IVE EVER DELT WITH I GAVE THE STORE OVER 3400 FOR LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM SET BEFORE CHRISTMAS THE DAY OF DELIVERY I GET A CALL STATING I HAD TO PAY $100 OR I COULDNT GET MY MERCHANDISE THEN PAY ANOTHER 100 FOR THEM TO SET BED UP THEY DIDNT ARRIVE TIL 9PM AFTER THEY TOLD ME BETWEEN 12PM AND 4PM THEY WOULD DELIVER THEY ARRIVE WITH ONLY BED SET AND NO FURNITURE. LEFT TRASH ALL OVER MY HOME FRONT YARD KITCHEN AND BEDROOM ON TOP OF THAT DELIVERY MEN WERE FROM A 3RD PARTY AND WERE DISRESPECTFUL NEXT DAY I NOTICED HEADBOARD WAS CRACKED I CALLED AND TOLD MARK STORE MANAGER ABOUT IT HE SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE IT WHEN THEY DELIVER LIVINGROOM SET I SLEPT IN MY BED THAT NIGHT THE BED SUNK IN ONE OF THE LEGS BROKE UNDERNEATH I CALLED AND ASKED FOR THEM TO PICK IT UP AND JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I CALLED FOR WEEKS FOR MY LIVINGROOM SET THEY SOLD TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THEY GAVE ME RUN AROUND I ASKED FOR CORPORATE (TIM) HE TOLD ME HAS A BIG PROJECT HES WORKING ON I ASKED FOR HOS BOSS NUMBER STAFF WAS HESITANT ABOUT GIVING THE NUMBER THEY ISSUE A CJECK AFTER TALKING TO HIS BOSS AND SEMT OT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS THIS IS DAY 27 AND I HABE YET TO RECEIVE MY CHECK I WOULDNT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO ANYOME ESPECIALLY MERRVILLE STORE IN INDIANA

Rip off biatches

These rip-off biatches I shouldn't even give them one star you finance furniture and then they tell you that you have to deal with American first Finance to answer your question regarding payoffs they are ripples you will wind up paying for the furniture twice and the interest rate is way more than the monthly payment

Dishonest and theifs

Dishonest and theifs. I called to tell them I'll be late on a payment. They said ok that's fine. They charge me a 65 dollar fee for being late and still over drafted my account as soon as I got off the phone with them. Now my kids can't eat and no gas money. All they have done is lie and over charge and take when it's not there to take. Worst service ever.

American freight Protection plan is a scam

Don’t let American freight talk you in to purchase there protection plan that don’t cover anything..... Don’t cover scratches, rip seems, don’t cover anything... I bought two different sets of leather FurnitureTwo couches two loveseatsThe seams came apart on the arms and there some peeling from this cheap as leather! One reason I got the protection plan for Guardian witch is ur protection plan through tells me that my claim is denied for coverage after I paid $100 for protection plan that don’t get registered until u have a problem!!! Don’t pay for the protection plan it’s a scam!!!!!! It doesn’t cover ur items
