Horrible customer service
I ordered an oven from TX and they shipped it - nobody called to tell me where it was and the website wouldn't let me schedule an appointment. Finally I reached someone who told me to call another carrier - I did that then they told me I had to call the original carrier because they dropped my oven in transit. When I requested an immediate refund I was given the run around and told I had to wait until the original store received my oven BACK (another 2 weeks) before they would refund my money. Meanwhile, I'm out $2400, I have no oven and can't purchase a new one until I am refunded.
