Internet has been slow and not available. I have talked to others in the area and they are having the same issues. No one responds to your messages
Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
So far whisper has been great I've had no shutdowns no slow speeds
Good reliable service. Haven’t had any service calls yet but I expect it will be just as professional and pleasant.

Service is great when it works but goes down nearly every day. Very frustrating that we have to continually call in to have equipment on roof reset or to be told that they are doing work on the tower, etc…so often. We have a tech out about once a month but the fixes are always temporary (goes down again same day). Service people are nice but it seems like we are in an area that simply can’t seem to sustain continuous service even though it seems we had much better service before recent “upgrades to the system” were made. We have been shown that we can get 50 mbps from the roof. It’s not clear what the issue is that causes us to lose service so often, just wish it would get fixed,
I have no issues with the internet not working or being slow I am very satisfied.

Nice company and courteous employees. However, the internet connection is not reliable during periods of stormy weather and will frequently go down for hours or all day without notice when there are storms across states in the midwest. Wisper does not keep information regarding outages updated on its telephone customer service line. For example, internet service for our entire area went down a few days ago at 2pm, and when I called for known area outages the recording said the last update was 10:40am, and that my area was not listed as an outage. There are too few people answering Wisper's customer phone lines, so they call you back typically after many hours or days have passed, which is not helpful during outages.

I personally have a great connection. My complaint is when upgrades are needed it is made during work hours. These disruptions should be made on weekends or after normal business hours. Very upsetting when you have to use your personally leave for these updates.
We were told long ago that they were going to update our area with new equipment. This has not happened thus far to our knowledge. Our service is the same and there has been no improvement in it. It’s important for Wisper to keep their customers updated on what is going on.
For the most part our internet is great! But we have times it drops and just doesn't work. Customer service is always very helpful.
The service is very good I have been with Wispernet for a few years and during that time I think there has been only one outage and it was fixed quick. Thanks for your steady service. Dave D
Wisper has always been very responsive to any of our internet needs. We highly recommend them, if you are lucky enough to be in the line sight for their signals.
We've been customers for many years. The service was very reliable and customer service was excellent. We rarely had to contact tech support but when we did they were almost always able to correct the issue. Then we got switched to a new server or something (I don't remember what it's called) and it has not gone well. Much slower, lots of lagging, and it is frequently out altogether. Messages left for tech support go unreturned. Still better than the competition but juat not as good as it was.
I live in a rural area so there are not many options for high speed internet. Wisper is a good option but I wish they would upgrade the equipment so that we had an option for more bandwidth. Their customer service is very good, I just wish they offered more bandwidth options.
If I could do zero I would. We pay for 15 speed but regularly only manage 5 or less, with multiple daily outages. I have been told by reps and other customers that they have signed up more customers than their equipment can handle.
Very slow and spotty internet.
Wisper is the only internet I can get where I live and I am very impressed. I have been using them for over a year now. It is reliable and has a good speed. I would recommend.
Internet coverage is often spotty and slow. I realize there are many trees but living as close to town as I do and as many people that are in my area, I feel better coverage should be available.
Why can't we get internet service that works more than half the time?
