Internet keeps going in and out…

Our tower at Old Kinderhook in…

Our tower at Old Kinderhook in Camdenton MO has been oversubscribed and performance has dropped from 20ms at one time to now we're lucky to get 6ms consistently. Over this past (non-holiday) weekend our streaming buffered too many times to count. Tech Support confirms oversold condition and reports no capital commitment to upgrade at this time.

installation was a little challenging...

I love the internet. The installation took a little bit. The installer didn't bring a pole, was supposed to return on Monday. He was a no show. I called customer service they didn't know anything about the mishap. The reschedule went better & all is good now. We are very satisfied!

Works GREAT most of the time but…

Works GREAT most of the time but lightening around my local wi-fi tower causes glitches, a couple two or three times a year its down from one hour to 12 hours. Otherwise it works pretty good.

On Thursday

On Thursday, July 16th, I called about speed and connection issues. It was moved to a Tier 2 ticket with a call back within 24 hours. I still have not had a call back. The tower needs upgrading to handle its customers.

Horrible coverage in the McClellan…

Horrible coverage in the McClellan area, south of Mt Vernon, IL Many many times where it simply won't work. Time of day ....only gets slightly better after 10pm Was promised 2 yrs ago that they were upgrading the tower, but still have serious lagging issues. I have little respect for companies that don't follow thru with what they say they'll do.

Although more reliable and faster than…

Although more reliable and faster than our previous ISP, we still experience semi-frequent outages and buffering in a time when connectivity is paramount to a functioning household. I work from home and there are times when I get nothing done because we have no connection or a bad connection. Just not adequate in this day and age.

I am giving three stars for this…How can we resolve this

I am giving three stars for this reason. About 4 years ago before we had Pixius, we were advised by them that we would be able to get Signal if we put up a 100 foot tower, and that we did. It was not cheap! It was a freestanding tower which is used by the railroad companies in many parts of the country. They are totally safe. Two Pixius employees did climb our tower in the last few years, but in a recent storm which moved our dish out of alignment, your people would not climb our tower because of safety issues/concerns they felt. We do not understand why the problem. And we are dealing with a little less signal than what we had prior to the storm. How can we resolve this?

Great customer service

So far, Wisper has been very accommodating to getting our internet hooked up. When we moved to our new home, the previous owners must have accidently taken the cables with them. Because my husband works from home, they were able to get us service much quicker.

Our internet has been very slow lately

Our internet has been very slow lately. Streaming is interrupted and freezes or disconnects completely. In the beginning it was great. We pay for 10x2 speed rarely get that speed. The last speed check was dismal at less than 1 mbps upload and download. Not good.

High speed is not high speed

Keep getting the run around. Our high speed is far from high speed. Tech has been out twice, 2nd time tech stated that he didn't even know why he was there because the problem is at the water tower in Troy. Same thing the 1st tech said.

Service on the west side of Neosho

Service on the west side of Neosho, Missouri. Last week had tech there to determine why service keeps going down. Was told the tower is overloaded and can't properly service home. Recommended to utilize another tower, but would have to move antennae from rooftop to middle of yard on ugly post I'd have to mow around on regular basis. If tower is overloaded, maybe best to stop loading more connections. Internet outages are nearly daily and wife works from home. Obviously not a good thing! Looking at other options to include Starlink.
