Everything done orderly and the installer very nice and polite.
Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
So far whisper has been great I've had no shutdowns no slow speeds

No problem with service. We had had problems before with our service before techs worked on it till it was solved. The only thing we have been seeing it is a little slower than usual. other than our that nothing so far. Now if only you could fix our crappy phone service LOL
Pay for a service that is over sold and we rarely get the speed we pay for. Unfortunately wisper is the only provider in our small town!

It was a chore to get the service switched to us and up and going. There were several people that stepped up to help us out. Once it got up and going, it has been rock solid. It has been better and more reliable than our cable internet. We have been extremely happy with it.
Have had connection problems. Whisper changed the router. So far works great.
They worked tirelessly to help me, a handicapped senior who just lost their life partner of 8 years who had went through a really bad spell, for them to do this really says a lot about their character. Their customer service is outstanding! I thank them from the bottom of my heart ❤️ They were awesome.
The man that came to my house was the best!!!!! He figured out my problem very quickly, and fixed me right up!!!! This tech is very good and being in business for many years I can see that if and when you have a good hand you may need to pay better too keep them!!! Good hands are few and far between and that is where other companies get good help!!! They offer a little more and steel them away!!!!!!!

I gave one star because that was the lowest option. That’s way too high. The internet is slow and goes out at least once a day. It goes out consistently in the afternoon for a period of a few minutes to a couple hours. It’ll go out several other random times during a week, sometimes out for the weekend. Again, when it works well it’s slow and expensive. Of all the goods and services I consume, I am most dissatisfied with Wisper.
Would be 5 but still have occasional outages so can't do that.
Service is extremely slow and works about 10% of the time for an extremely high price. Maintenance team was supposed to replace a cut line and instead just spliced it.
I have had trouble with my internet for a month and have called multiple times. There has been a technician scheduled to come and fix it twice. I have waited all day with no call no show. It seems like I’m getting the run around when I call. The customer service has not been good in my case.
We have been with you guys for about 3 or 4 years now. And we are still very happy with the service.
Wisper support is great. Unfortunately, the performance is just average for us. I have remained with Wisper for their support and hope that a new tower would be up that allowed for upgraded speed and better connectivity. It's been nearly 15 years. We are rural so, get it but do need a better solution. That said, if their site plan works for your location, I highly recommend Wisper for your ISP.
I have no problems at all with the representatives I have worked with, they are all very friendly and seem eager to help. However the internet service is horrible and the only solution I receive is to bump my package to the next level and pay more per month. I’m already at $60 a month and I’m not happy with the service.
Our internet is so weak, we cant even watch netfix on a regular basis
