Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

I hesitated about getting another satellite internet system. Most have not worked in my area and I was left to look for something else. This was not the case with Whisper. We have been extremely happy with the internet speed and lack of down time. So happy we made the move. Hopefully we are set for years and years now.
Most of the time it is fine. Once in a while it will go out for various reasons.
We have great service and if there is ever an issue it is resolved right away and always in a friendly manner!! :)
Not reliable internet. Goes in and out often and loose reception a lot.
Whisper Internet has for the most part been Reliable. But I notice slow service or No service at Peak demand some times , Which is Frustrating.
We now have speedy internet service and we live in a very rural area.
Nathan was professional and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Very highly recommend Nathan from Wisper for all internet needs. He went above and beyond to accommodate us.
When I first signed up for Wisper they didn't have technical support available on the weekends. Now they do. They are improving, plus I love how they work with folks who are "cash strapped". Spectrum would never work with their customers, Wisper does. Which is why even though they are slightly expensive, they will keep getting my business!
When the representative called me, I was told there were NO data caps with the highest costing package. None. The service tech gets here and before he installed anything (thank you btw) I'm told that 60g is the cap. So I was lied to, to get my business. Not only that, I can NOT even watch one show online without pausing it for an hour and a half to buffer. The service is NOT worth the money and I am so so disappointed. I don't want my contract what so ever and now I am up a creek with no paddle. I use hotspot from somewhere else just to watch anything!!
We love this internet! We have not had any issues with it and it is fast with no buffering.

Wisper took over our internet from another company. We rarely got the speed that were were suppose to get. Technicians came out to make adjustments but it usually didn’t help for long. Then they did upgrades to tower and things really went downhill. You would think when they say upgrades things would be better but they were much worse. Finally a higher level technician came out and tried to get a signal but couldn’t. He said they wouldn’t come out anymore and we should switch to someone else. Many people in our area that use to have Wisper had to switch from them because of poor service. Wisper said they were aware of the problem but they don’t seem interested in doing anything to fix it. On social media Wisper is always talking about the new areas they a installing internet but they don’t seem to care about their existing customers. Make me wonder if they are getting government subsidies to install internet in rural areas but with no oversight to see if it actually works. They did credit our bill some during the nonexistent service but we were still paying for internet they we were not getting. I would not recommend them if you want your internet to work a few months from now.
I was very glad that Wisper came into this area because of Wisper, I was able to drop Direct tv. It's nice to be able to stream so many different movies and programs. Wisper has been very reliable and I don't have any complaints.
Have not had any problems with the service. Just wish the price would be more competitive.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Not reliable service at all. Whenever we need to call customer service for help, it takes forever. I just wish we had another option in our area. We pay $100 a month for basic Internet.
have too many problems constant down time constant speed issues on and off now when they actually get it working properly and it works like it's supposed to it's pretty decent internet but it's been a long time they've been working on mine and my neighbors say they have the same problems they just got sick of calling and complaining about it because they said nothing ever gets done or when it does it's just a temporary fix before the next problem rises.
Wisper isp was a way better option than centurylink in my area. Way cheaper and way faster speeds for the money. We have had it about a year now and have only had 2-3 outages. They were short outages. And I can’t say enough for the people who work in the office. They always answer the phone and are very nice and helpful. Has a true small business feel to their process
