Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
So far whisper has been great I've had no shutdowns no slow speeds

Great Service
Service person came between time period given. Nice friendly person. Explained what he was going to do Snd did it. It took a while as other things were a problem. But he finally fixed the problem and I had tv again. I’m still having some starts and stops but not as bad as before. Thank you
They sold too many spots on the tower. Now speeds are dependent on the neighbors. Waited almost 2 years for them to make the tower updates. Lots of days with No service
I wish I had a faster option for gamming in my area.
KANSAS is known for many surprise storms. We had a wind ,rain and hail storm. It had some strong lighting. Our son helped replaced our internet system due to the storm. He did have an issue which required pro help. Your serviceman fixed the issues quickly with no added expense. Thank you for time.

Originally with Pixius, then they sold out to Wisper. Unfortunately internet got slower, and doesn't seem to have received any upgrades in our area. For the last two months, internet has to reconnect at least 10 times a day. Good part - so far prices have not went up, still paying same as my contract with Pixius. However, would be willing to pay more if they would just upgrade our area so we have constant internet. Little hard to promise work will be done if we can't depend on our internet. I will continue dealing with this, as there are not many options where we live in Lafayette County, MO (north of Oak Grove, MO where I understand the tower is). Centruylink was worthless, Hughes Brothers was worthless, The internet that starts with a V, was useless also. So right now, only choice I have is Wisper.
Took over 8 weeks and four tech visits to finally raise our radio height to allow signal. We’ve been told the signal has been getting interrupted and they don’t know why. Every time a tech came out and worked on it they would leave and 10 minutes later it would stop working, since they closed the ticket we had to start over with customer service. Techs are great, overall customer service is awful!

The techs are always professional and easy to work with. If I do have issues they easily take care of it . Nothing but good things here.
Long time customer all the way back to joplin.com, stauffer, & now wisper. We have been visited a couple of times lately by always friendly Wisper staff. Seems service from the tower is good when located from across the Joplin Mo Airport. But sooner or later the service drops off resulting in intermittent reception. No true explanation is given. I understand there are only 3 locations served by this tower. Two of them are next door to each other. Neither of us receive good consistent service. What’s happening & can or will it be corrected?
Never have had any trouble with your services. We only had limited choices before your service came to our area and it is the best. Wished I could have it at my other house but too many trees in the way.

The best provider I’ve ever had and not just my experience with internet. I’m talking about all around customer service in general. This is the only place that literally says they understand one situation during hard times in the world and that’s not a problem. To be honest they have allowed me to be behind on my to the extent of $800 plus . Eight hundred plus dollars past due and have allowed me to catch up on it little here jand a little there over the last year and never once did they disconnect myv service. The representatives are always happy to assist anytime I call. The service is beyond any other ive ever had 8 devices connected 24/7 and never once does it lag. MY FAMILY LOVES WISPER INTERNET.. WISPER ROCKS
We only have 1-2 bars of internet. We were given a used router. We wish someone would come and upgrade our service.
I still have a lot drop services. Most of the time we cannot watch TV the way we want to because it buffs a lot
Things are working fine now. Wisper responded to my problems are the problems are gone.
For the first 8 years I owned my home on the outskirts of town I was unable to get internet service due to my home’s location. Then I called wisper. For the last two years they have provided our service when no one else could and we couldn’t be happier ! Thanks again . We appreciate all you do.
They are always so understanding and nice anytime I talk to them.
The techs are always friendly and knowledgeable, eager to assist and remedy any and all problems that is feasibly within their ability. I have been with Wisper for several years and suggest them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and cost-effective company to meet their internet needs. When the system goes down and I call to leave voice messages, they are quick to return my call and to keep me apprised of the status of the outage.
