Poor service for existing customers
Wisper took over our internet from another company. We rarely got the speed that were were suppose to get. Technicians came out to make adjustments but it usually didn’t help for long. Then they did upgrades to tower and things really went downhill. You would think when they say upgrades things would be better but they were much worse. Finally a higher level technician came out and tried to get a signal but couldn’t. He said they wouldn’t come out anymore and we should switch to someone else. Many people in our area that use to have Wisper had to switch from them because of poor service. Wisper said they were aware of the problem but they don’t seem interested in doing anything to fix it. On social media Wisper is always talking about the new areas they a installing internet but they don’t seem to care about their existing customers. Make me wonder if they are getting government subsidies to install internet in rural areas but with no oversight to see if it actually works. They did credit our bill some during the nonexistent service but we were still paying for internet they we were not getting. I would not recommend them if you want your internet to work a few months from now.
