Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

Paid for 10 gig...internet is slow 30% of the time and often freezes up. Paying $85 a month and about to go to media com be ause everyone in my area says it's much better and cheaper.
Two months into service and still haven't got a bill but expected to know how much I owe and half the installation was already there and the installer mentioned that the installation wouldn't be that much but was charged full price, only problems so far hope there isn't more in the future.
The guy that came out to give me my estimate was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He also ended up being the guy installing my service. Again, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Service has been good so far. A little slow on the download/upload speeds but it works for me.

Still have times when we have a weak and slow down load speed. We have seen some improvement lately.
3 stars due to the inconsistency of download / upload speeds.
Just discovered Wisper is our new provider, at a 20% discount from our previous contract. Just keeps getting better!

Whisper has always given s great service no matter what the situation. Our package was always reliable and we appreciated the no data caps and prices. Thumbs up and 5 stars all the way .

It's hard to find internet in rural areas. Love the fact it does not have any data caps or contracts. Would love to see higher speeds but works for what we need. It does slow down from time to time and weather can affect the speeds, but most of the time it works great at close to package speed.
All the service I have and use is my email to have my email adress @joplin.com and for years it was $5 and now it’s $10 a month ..... just for one email address.
Wisper provides first class service and their customer support is fantastic. We have only great things to say about how wisper has provided us with high speed internet service over the past 3 years when only satellite internet was available prior to wisper. Go with Wisper you will not be disappointed.
Our technician told us there was nothing he could do to fix our spotty service. Our internet is unattainable 90% of the time. We are left with no other option but to shop around for other providers.
I can’t begin to express how disappointed we’ve been with our service ever since Wisper bought out our previous provider, Pixius. We went five years with great service and then as quickly as we were notified of the change of owners, so went our good service. Our internet is constantly going out. We can’t watch anything or do anything on our devices. We pay nearly $100 for this service every month. We have lost two months of ability to use our Prime Video subscription because the internet service was blocking it. I have found little no answers from support. We are currently exploring other options for service.
