Still waiting on a response to my question about slow speed.
Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
So far whisper has been great I've had no shutdowns no slow speeds
Good reliable service. Haven’t had any service calls yet but I expect it will be just as professional and pleasant.

I'm very happy with my internet service. We stream alot and the service has been very good. Hardly ever down. Great group of people there who I know work hard to keep our internet up and running.
I received an email one week ago, on July 12th. It stated you would contact me within 24 hours…., Nothing happened so I sent another request to you. I did not even receive a response to the second email. I have still not received any contact from you. I sent the statement that I received regarding my email not functioning on my phone.

Whisper has always been reliable and honest to me. I've been with them from the beginning and always recommend them to people. For my internet needs, they are perfect.
We were told that Wisper could provide us fast service. It was not fast enough for me to work from home most of the time. Updates were done during the day instead of when most people are not working from home. Wisper could not repair our service when it was down for most of the month of July 2020 and then billed us anyway. After calling they did reduce the fee. When our tower needed parts to be able to work, Wisper told us we were just going to have to wait for more than a week. My job was compromised and eventually terminated.
Overall the service is great, but have noticed for the past 4 to 6 months the service is interrupted at between 10 pm to 12 am. Constantly getting kicked off during that time period.
I have had 3 internet services in the last year. Even if given the choice I wouldn’t switch back! Wisper is by far much better! I have had ZERO problems & love the customer service! (They are always checking to make sure everything is ok!)
I contacted Whisper to find out why I could not order an On Demand movie and was told the type of service/payment program I have does not allow me to order an On Demand movie for some reason I could not understand. I plan to change my cable tv service as soon as I can.
Wish it were a little faster but I'm in one of those 'dead zones'. Best I've had at this location. Tried others several years ago and came back to Wisper.
When it’s cloudy or rainy I don’t have internet service sometimes and even on good day my interest is so slow, I’m thinking of looking to see if someone else can get me better service. For 59.99 a month and haft the time no internet or so slow might not as well have it. You wanted my review
The customer service is great but the internet service is extremely poor very expensive for what you get and slow. I have had a technician come out two times. When they leave the service will work good but no later than the next day it will be right back to crappy service.
The internet service is absolutely horrible!!!!
It’s always been a great experience
For $70 a month I got internet. I worked remote and my internet was down 30 to 40% of the time. And Whisper was the only choice I had because apparently they had a contract with the community I live in.
Customer service was absolutely rude and condescending.
Our internet only works part of the time. When we actually have service, the quality is so bad we have to turn the movie we are streaming off. It's incredibly frustrating. We can't sit on the phone every single day with tech support to fix issues. We are tired of paying for a service we aren't able to use. Actively searching for an alternative provider.
