Wisper Internet has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

Every since my internet service switched to your company I am without service more than I am with. I have contacted you several times with no answer.l the wind blows a little bit Or it rains and I lose my service,
My internet goes in and out often. When it is working it is great but that is not very consistant.
Great service. Good pricing. Have had a few outages but company addresses issues in a timely manner. When I've had extended outages, company makes things right. I live in the country and the only other option is satellite which is really slow and a wireless data plan from a phone company that charges ridiculously amount of money for limited data. This plan is awesome and serves my needs. I stream lots of Netflix and Disney+ with no problems.
It goes down alot and the speed is bad its slow !!
I did not have much of a choice. The internet carrier that i had for years, was taken over by wisper. Since then my email was hacked. Personal data was stolen, and i've spent much of the last 3 months trying to get my life back. So put that in your data base.

I have been with Wisper since they bought out Stauffer Communications. The service only keeps getting better and better...thank you Wisper, I recommend you to all my friends
Everytime it storms our service goes out and sometimes for 24 hrs. Then, for no reason at all the internet is down more than we want anyway.
When we first got this service it did improve on what we had. But the service is slow and to get s faster service would cost $65 per month. That is really expensive considering that we still often have outages when it is raining. Another company with fiber will be offering internet service to our area soon and I believe it will be more reliable since it is fiber. So I plan to switch to them to receive a more reliable service.
Whisper-net is awesome! While others are dealing WIFI outages …Whisper-net is always working! Yay!!!!!!
Many nights I do not have internet, and after 4:00pm the signal is very weak
I want to give praise to Wisper internet. It is a very good service. Our church had. I internet for years. Two months prior to covid hitting we had Wisper internet installed. I am Thankful for the service, we had no troubles at all throughout the pandemic. I never knew we would ever be having church over live-streaming and now that we have started it os a weekly part of our ministry. Thank you Wisper for being part of our ministry for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus I would also like to say, Kyle Brumfield is an awesome, mature, very knowledgeable tech and it is always a pleasure to work with him. He truly is a valuable asset to your company
I would have preferred to have service on Friday instead of Monday, but the service I did get on Monday was great. Steve was friendly and on time. He worked diligently to find why I had no internet. Without it I have no TV as well as computer and other devices. I like my Wisper!! I stream all day and night some days with no interruptions. I recommend your company whenever I can. Some people just do not have a connection in their area.
I give one star because I get kicked off line, internet disconnects. and gets very SLOW.
Service is good when working. Seems to be a long process to get someone out to look at things.
still waiting for tower upgrades currently have 30mbps paying $100 a month vs $75 i should be paying, complained and got a discount for 3 months and on my 30mbps if i get 5-10 I'm doing good
When it works it's great! We are in direct line of sight from the Dawson tower in Anna IL. Our service drops multiple times a day. You always say your working on it but it never improves. I can't imagine how you stay in business if your other customers service is this bad.
The internet speed was consistently excellent and overall reliable. However, there were a few unexpected outages and some difficulties in programming my Voip-telephone. Nothing in this world is perfect, but Wisper comes close to being the best internet provider in this area. I am definitely a satisfied Wisper subscriber and will continue the service as long as I am able to. Thank you very much for being here for us !
Sporadic signals, extremely slow for smart tvs and streaming. You don't seem to care about your reliability of the connection we receive. I personally do not care for your service, but the choices are limited here.
