That is the problem, the internet is still hit and miss. One hour it is up and the next no service. So far nothing has changed.
The service technician was good and did what he could to get our internet running. The problem is the tower that we receive our signal from; it hasn't worked well since they did an "upgrade" on it several months ago. We've called for service, but there's only so much the tech can do. I have called several times and opted for pressing 1 to hold my place in line and a rep would call me back. Each time I did this I never received a call back. I called and was placed on hold for 30-45 minutes to finally be able to speak to a representative. This is poor customer service.
Don't be late with a scheduled payment!! They shut you off on days when their offices are closed and you can't do anything about it!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
We're only signed up for email. So far, it's okay.
reliable service most of the time. great customer service when dealing with company personnel.only gripe is trying to find outage info after hours. is it system wide or only my problem.

I have had Wisper Internet service for a little over a year now. I have had no issues outside of 1 or 2 system wide outages. Which I consider to be pretty good. My son complains about streaming for gaming but we have experienced that with other providers as well. Very satisfied customer.

The services whisper internet provides are garbage, the internet is terrible quality: download speeds are terrible, my NAT type has never been anything better than STRICT, bandwidth is limited to like 2-3 devices before you start experiencing, "Lag" or "loss of services." Oh, you wanna play FPS games on the Xbox??? Yea good luck The only reason you have a 1 star rating is because there isn't an option for "Zero." Also your customer service rep seemed like a cool person, so he earned you a star from me; give the man a raise. You guys still suck and you'll still get my money because you're my only option. I hope you step on a Lego, I hope your goldfish drownds, and I hope you cell phone charger only works at a specific angle. Good day.... I said good day!
Wisper is excellent internet and very affordable. When we do have an outage they are great at keeping us updated or promptly shipping us new equipment.
We continually loose internet. It can be down for a few minutes or several hours. Service never stays at the speed we pay for. If there was another internet provider where we live, I would change in a heartbeat.
Ethan was exceptional and very helpful. He was very understanding with my lack of technology. I appreciate the knowledge and patience he demonstrated and how professional he was

I just wish that it could be faster and handle more devices. If we stream movies sometimes our digital arlo will not work. But oh well, it is better than others we have tried. That being said, I will stay with wispernet until something better comes along.
I’ve been a customer for 5-6 years. There are issues with technology reliability. But customer service has really improved. Seriously. My customer experience in the past few interactions has been outstanding. And I have even got proactive calls telling me status on ongoing projects that will help with some of the reliability issues.

Our internet service has been down or intermittent for the last 2 months. We thought it was the weather or our extender as we could reset the modem and it would work intermittently…so we bought new extenders…since we discovered this wasn’t the problem.. I called whisper who at that time said…oh we can’t even ping your outside equipment… and it will be 5 days before they could come out…once he came and checked everything agreed it was an outside equipment issue.. but had to reschedule for them to come again 5 days later to actually fix the problem as the gentleman due to safety concerns (which we understood) did not want to get on the roof as it had recently rained. Once they came out and replaced the “radio” service still was intermittent at best…we pay for the max 25 and according to the service technician we were hitting 4-12 and believes there was an issue with the repeater. Two days later I had to call Whisper again as it is still not working…the gentleman did credit me 2 months of my bill which I greatly appreciate …but I had to request it…we were also told it would be 2-3 more weeks until they could evaluate the repeater. So, yes they did credit us 2 months of service at my insistance but so need internet services as just like everyone else in the world we are a teleworking family. Every representative has been very nice no complaints with that aspect of customer service. I am disappointed in the time delays. We hold our end of the deal in paying for services on time. I would expect the same for a company that I do business with. Very disappointed in the delays.
