Great technician, poor connection

The tech that came out was great. He tried changing everything he could. He adjusted our antenna, put in a new router, and swapped out the old point of entry. The problem is with the tower. I've had techs in the past say that you oversell the tower, but it still hasn't been upgraded. Until this gets fixed, the internet will still be horrible. We don't get half of the speeds that we should be getting and when we call customer service all they recommend is upgrading to the next highest package. Lol, I'm not paying more money to get a higher speed that is still only going to offer me half of what I'm paying for.

Appreciate the installer

Appreciate the gentleman who came to install the system. He was honest and told us that the signal would not be good enough to work for us. We will send other customers to Wisper as we appreciate honesty. We use Wisper at home and have felt that you guys are the best. Now we know you are. Thanks.

Speeds Quality and Price

Speeds are not always delivered as advertised, even with only using one device on a crystal clear day. Prices are inflated due to no competition in our area.

Decent internet, Great customer service

Not great internet, kind of spotty, and 10mbps for $60 per month is the best package they could offer me (which is largely overpriced for low speed) but as the only other option I had available aside they were definitely an upgrade from Frontier. Especially their customer service. They're always friendly, helpful, and you can tell they aren't reciting some generic excuses from a script like the larger companies.

Good choice

Good choice My internet has been very good since Wisper took over.Anyone I have dealt with has been very polite and were knowledgeable. When I call I dont have much if any wait time.

Long standing Wisper customer review

As a long standing Wisper customer I have been satisfied overall with the service but it seems the pandemic hit Wisper and all ISPs hard with more remote school and job work, more gaming and more home entertainment and availability of bandwidth less than what we are paying for. So the technical slow downs and drops are understandable and the real time it takes for hardware upgrades is also understandable. My performance is hit hardest in the evenings between 7 and 8:30 pm CT in most cases. Occasional drops at work but for the most part, consistent. Along with Hardware upgrades promised by Wisper, I would like to recommend improvements in communications. Not necessarily more communications but perhaps methods. Those of us who work from home may not be able to take a status call from Wisper support personnel or techs due to conflicts with other online meetings, calls or tasks. Text messages and emails would be preferable as appropriate when we cannot answer calls from Wisper. Some tech response calls from Wisper come across as potential spam and I don't answer those and can miss a call back from Wisper. That said, i have also recommended Wisper to quite a few folks who do not have any other options for internet access. In several (most) of those cases they have not been satisfied with Wisper support and communications. Either long or non-existent replies to calls or incidents opened for their access and performance were the issues. Makes it hard to participate in Wisper promotions when previous recommendations do not work out so well, so I limit my recommendations accordingly and also provide the status i am writing up here.

Little to no internet

For the price tag of almost $70 a month for 10 mb download and 2 upload I’m not even receiving 1 mb on any. Only kilobytes. I call but don’t get answered. School season is approaching and I need this resolved asap

Awesome Company

This company is great! Friendly staff and the workers who came to install, did so in a timely manner and were very courteous. We had issues shortly after installation and it was fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
